Oh, that I had in the desert a lodging place for travelers, so that I might leave my people and go away from them; for they are all adulterers, a crowd of unfaithful people.

I wish I had somewhere to go in the desert where a traveler could stay! Then I could leave my people. I could get away from them. All of them commit adultery by worshiping other gods. They aren’t faithful to the Lord.

Oh that I had in the desert a travelers’ lodging place, that I might leave my people and go away from them! For they are all adulterers, a company of treacherous men.

Oh, that I could go away and forget my people and live in a travelers’ shack in the desert. For they are all adulterers— a pack of treacherous liars.

If only I had a traveler’s lodging place in the wilderness, I would abandon my people and depart from them, for they are all adulterers, a solemn assembly of treacherous people.

( 9: 1) I wish I had a lodging place in the desert where I could spend some time like a weary traveler. Then I would desert my people and walk away from them because they are all unfaithful to God, a congregation of people that has been disloyal to him.

地滿了行淫的人！因妄自賭咒，地就悲哀；曠野的草場都枯乾了。他們所行的道乃是惡的；他們的勇力使得不正。

我怎能赦免你呢？你的兒女離棄我，又指着那不是神的起誓。我使他們飽足，他們就行姦淫，成羣地聚集在娼妓家裏。他們像餵飽的馬到處亂跑，各向他鄰舍的妻發嘶聲。

但起假誓，不踐前言，殺害，偷盜，姦淫，行強暴，殺人流血，接連不斷。

他們都是行淫的，像火爐被烤餅的燒熱，從摶麵到發麵的時候，暫不使火着旺。

因為連你弟兄和你父家都用奸詐待你。他們也在你後邊大聲喊叫，雖向你說好話，你也不要信他們。

耶和華啊，我與你爭辯的時候，你顯為義；但有一件，我還要與你理論：惡人的道路為何亨通呢？大行詭詐的為何得安逸呢？

我寄居在米設，住在基達帳棚之中，有禍了！我與那恨惡和睦的人許久同住。我願和睦，但我發言，他們就要爭戰。

他們向耶和華行事詭詐，生了私子。到了月朔，他們與他們的地業必被吞滅。

猶大人行事詭詐，並且在以色列和耶路撒冷中行一件可憎的事；因為猶大人褻瀆耶和華所喜愛的聖潔，娶事奉外邦神的女子為妻。

他們卻如亞當背約，在境內向我行事詭詐。

你們這些淫亂的人哪，豈不知與世俗為友就是與神為敵嗎？所以凡想要與世俗為友的，就是與神為敵了。

哀哉！我好像夏天的果子已被收盡，又像摘了葡萄所剩下的，沒有一掛可吃的；我心羨慕初熟的無花果。地上虔誠人滅盡；世間沒有正直人；各人埋伏，要殺人流血，都用網羅獵取弟兄。他們雙手作惡；君王徇情面，審判官要賄賂；位分大的吐出惡意，都彼此結聯行惡。他們最好的，不過是蒺藜；最正直的，不過是荊棘籬笆。你守望者說，降罰的日子已經來到。他們必擾亂不安。不要倚賴鄰舍；不要信靠密友。要守住你的口；不要向你懷中的妻提說。因為，兒子藐視父親；女兒抗拒母親；媳婦抗拒婆婆；人的仇敵就是自己家裏的人。至於我，我要仰望耶和華，要等候那救我的神；我的神必應允我。

她的先知是虛浮詭詐的人；她的祭司褻瀆聖所，強解律法。

我說：但願我有翅膀像鴿子，我就飛去，得享安息。我必遠遊，宿在曠野。（細拉）我必速速逃到避所，脫離狂風暴雨。

在你中間有露繼母下體羞辱父親的，有玷辱月經不潔淨之婦人的。這人與鄰舍的妻行可憎的事；那人貪淫玷污兒婦；還有玷辱同父之姊妹的。
