“ Then the people will say,‘ Why should we wait here to die? Come, let’s go to the fortified towns and die there. For the Lord our God has decreed our destruction and has given us a cup of poison to drink because we sinned against the Lord.

此約之立、以免爾中男女、宗族支派、今日中心違棄我上帝耶和華、往事斯族之神、致有荼毒之根、生於爾中、

宜宣於猶大、傳於耶路撒冷曰、當於境內吹角、大聲呼曰、集眾而入鞏固之邑、向錫安樹斾、逃難勿延、蓋我降禍、自北而來、大施翦滅、

人之親屬焚其尸者、攜骸出室、問內室之人曰、尚有人偕爾否、彼曰無有、又曰緘默、勿道耶和華之名、

摩西謂亞倫曰、此乃耶和華所諭云、近我者必以我為聖、我在民前、必得其榮、亞倫默然、

凡有血氣者、宜靜默於耶和華前、蓋彼興起、而出其聖所矣、

人於幼年負軛、亦為美兮、當默然而獨坐、以其軛為主所加兮、

我緘默無言、善言亦不出口、我之憂痛、更迫切兮、

惟耶和華在其聖殿、全地當靜默於其前、

耶和華歟、我儕認己之邪惡、與列祖之愆尤、以我獲罪於爾也、

婦既立於耶和華前、祭司必散其髮、取為疑忌而獻之素祭、俾念罪愆者、置於其手、祭司執致詛之苦水、令婦發誓、謂之曰、如爾未私於人、未嘗背夫而行穢事、則願爾免此致詛苦水之害、如爾背夫而行穢事、有私於人、為人所玷、則可發誓、願耶和華使汝見詛於民中、髀消腹鼓、此致詛之苦水、將入汝腸、令汝髀消腹鼓、婦宜曰、阿們、阿們、祭司必書此詛於簡、塗其文於苦水、令婦飲此致詛之水、入腹為苦、

其葡萄樹屬所多瑪、產自蛾摩拉田、其果如膽、其穗甚苦、
