Has this house, which bears my Name, become a den of robbers to you? But I have been watching! declares the Lord.

訓眾曰、經不載云、我室必稱為萬民祈禱之室乎、惟爾曹以之為盜巢、

我必導之至我聖山、使其於祈禱我之殿、忻然歡樂、彼之火焚祭與平安祭、獻於我之祭臺上、必蒙悅納、蓋我之殿必稱為萬民祈禱之殿、

求主自天、自主之居所垂聽、循外邦人所祈者而行、使地上萬民、皆知主之名敬畏主、與主之民以色列人無異、又知我所建之殿、稱為主之殿、或作又知我建斯殿乃為主之名而建者

耶穌入聖殿、逐在殿中貿易者、謂之曰、經載主云、我室必稱為祈禱之室、爾曹以為盜賊之巢、

謂售鴿者曰、將是物去之、毋以我父之室、為貿易之室、

因彼作惡於以色列人中、淫人妻室、偽託我名、妄言我所未命之者、我知之而為證、此乃主所言、○

主曰、我必遣漁人眾多、使漁之、後必遣獵夫眾多、使獵之、自諸嶺諸山及諸磐穴、彼之諸途、我目鑒察、不隱於我、彼之愆尤、不匿我目前、

主曰、人豈能藏匿於隱密、使我不見乎、主曰、我豈不充滿天地乎、

爾當書達推雅推拉教會使者、曰、天主子、目如火燄、足如精銅者、如是云、我知爾之作為、爾之仁愛與服勞、爾之信德及忍耐、且知爾後之所為、多於爾前之所為、

且無一物得隱於鞫我之天主前、皆於其目前皎然顯露、○

爾殺無辜之貧者、血跡在爾衣裾、非因遇之於掘垣、乃因責爾以此諸惡事、
