故此永恆主這麼說：「看吧！我要將絆腳物放在這人民前面，他們就必絆跌在那上頭，父親和兒子一同絆跌，鄰居和朋友一概滅亡。」』

耶和華曰、我將置窒礙於民前、使父子同蹶、鄰友皆亡、○

主如是云、我將置窒礙於斯民前、使父子同蹶、友朋同亡、

Therefore this is what the Lord says:“ I will put obstacles before this people. Parents and children alike will stumble over them; neighbors and friends will perish.”

So the Lord says,“ I will bring an army against the people of Judah. Parents and children alike will trip and fall. Neighbors and friends will die.”

Therefore thus says the Lord:‘ Behold, I will lay before this people stumbling blocks against which they shall stumble; fathers and sons together, neighbor and friend shall perish.’”

Therefore, this is what the Lord says:“ I will put obstacles in my people’s path. Fathers and sons will both fall over them. Neighbors and friends will die together.”

Therefore, this is what the LORD says: I am going to place stumbling blocks before these people; fathers and sons together will stumble over them; friends and neighbors will also perish.

Therefore, this is what the Lord says:“ Behold, I am placing stumbling blocks before this people. And they will stumble against them, Fathers and sons together; Neighbor and friend will perish.”

Therefore thus says the Lord:“ Behold, I will lay stumbling blocks before this people, And the fathers and the sons together shall fall on them. The neighbor and his friend shall perish.”

Therefore thus saith Jehovah, Behold, I will lay stumbling- blocks before this people; and the fathers and the sons together shall stumble against them; the neighbor and his friend shall perish.

Therefore thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will lay stumblingblocks before this people, and the fathers and the sons together shall fall upon them; the neighbour and his friend shall perish.

So, this is what the LORD says:‘ I will assuredly make these people stumble to their doom. Parents and children will stumble and fall to their destruction. Friends and neighbors will die.’

Therefore Yahweh says,“ Behold, I will lay stumbling blocks before this people. The fathers and the sons together will stumble against them. The neighbor and his friend will perish.”

他必作聖所，而向以色列兩家卻作絆腳石和絆倒人的磐石，向耶路撒冷的居民作網羅和陷阱。

所以耶和華必在一日之內，從以色列中剪除頭和尾，剪除棕枝和蘆葦——長老和尊貴人就是頭，指教虛謊之事的先知就是尾。因為引導這百姓的使他們迷失，而被引導的都陷入混亂。因此，主不喜悅他們的青年人，也不憐憫他們的孤兒寡婦；因為他們都是不敬虔的，是作惡的，各人的口都說愚頑的話。即使如此，耶和華的怒氣還不轉消，他的手仍然伸出。

正如經上所記：「看哪，我在錫安放一塊絆腳的石頭，是使人絆倒的磐石；可是信靠他的人將不至於蒙羞。」

那時，百姓怎樣，祭司也怎樣；僕人怎樣，主人也怎樣；婢女怎樣，主母也怎樣；購買的怎樣，販賣的也怎樣；借給人的怎樣，向人借的也怎樣；放債的怎樣，借債的也怎樣。大地必徹底空廢，被掠奪淨盡，因為耶和華已經說了這話。

並且是「一塊絆腳的石頭，使人絆倒的磐石。」他們絆倒是因為不肯信從這話語，而這也是被預定的。

大衛也說：「讓他們的筵席成為網羅、陷阱、絆腳石，又成為他們的報應。
