昔爾強奪利巴嫩之木、殺人強據、害諸邑民、故必遘禍、若獸被執不勝觳觫、工人雕木偶、鑄金像、俱屬虛偽、口不能言、作之者亦賴之、何益之有、木石不能言、有求其起而庇佑者、禍必不遠、維彼偶像、雖飾金銀、不通呼吸、焉能有應、惟耶和華在厥聖殿、天下之人、俱當寅畏焉。

耶和華使以東王後裔哈撻、敵所羅門。

上帝使以利亞大子哩遜為所羅門之敵、彼自鎖巴王哈大底泄所、遁逃於外。

今以色列族之上帝聳動亞述二王、卜及滴臘比利斯之心、俾虜流便伽得二支派、馬拿西支派之半、至哈臘、哈拔、哈喇、及坷散河濱之地、迄今猶在。

今在聖所、敵加毀損、閱時已久、請爾垂顧兮、爾之寇讎、在於聖會、呼號靡已、爰立旌旗、以為記誌兮、彼舉斧斤、遍伐林木、以此自誇兮、更以刀鋸盡毀雕琢之器兮、火焚聖所、加以污衊、俾成邱墟兮。自謂毀之務盡、凡在斯邦、有上帝之室、必爇之兮、我之禮文、不復再見、我之先知、卒無一人、不知胡底兮。上帝兮、維彼敵人、詆譭我儕、謗讟爾名、不識何時可息兮。爾何為束手旁觀、不加拯救、請展爾手、翦滅余敵兮、

我萬有之主耶和華、將使人擊之、有如疇昔在阿立磐擊米田、在海濱擊埃及人然、

我得默示、知患難將至、強者行攘奪、暴者行虐遇、無所禁止、以攔人、米太人往哉、環攻巴比倫、維昔巴比倫俾民哀號、己不令此聲入耳矣。

惟彼列邦、攻擊耶路撒冷、耶和華必降災、未亡之前、必肉瘦目昏舌敝、

耶和華曰昔巴比倫迦勒底人、在郇邑作惡、為爾目睹、我必報之。

耶和華告受膏古列曰、我左右爾、使列國賓服、使諸王荏弱、大啟邑門、不能閉拒。

我萬有之主耶和華、在迦勒底、啟我府庫、出我器械、以雪我忿、以成我事。

又爾所見之獸、與其十角、將惡淫婦、使之貧乏裸裎食其肉、爇之以火、蓋上帝以成厥旨之心、賜彼十王、使同心讓國與獸、迨上帝前言有徵、

耶路撒冷被圍之時、我必使其居民與猶大全家為爵、俾列邦飲之、至於酩酊、當是日、天下列邦、和會於此、攻擊耶路撒冷、若移巨石、我必使斯石甚重、反害其身、

我將和會列邦、環攻耶路撒冷、下其城、刧其室、玷其女、斯民之半、將為俘囚、其不死者、仍留於邑中、
