我將興起迦勒底人是乃殘酷暴躁之邦、徧行大地、據非己之居所、彼矜嚴可畏、使威行鞫、悉由於己、其馬疾於豹、猛於暮出之狼、騎兵奔騰、來自遠方、疾飛如急食之鷹、

故雖大地變遷、山嶽震動、移於海心、波濤漰渤洶湧、水漲山搖、我無所懼兮、

異族喧囂、列邦震動、上帝發聲、大地銷鎔兮、

將亡之巴比倫女歟、以爾之待我者待爾、斯人其有福兮、擲爾孩提於石、斯人其有福兮、

以彼流聖徒及先知之血、今爾以血飲之宜也、

其矢既利、其弓悉張、馬蹄如火石、車輪如旋風、

耶和華曰、有一族自北方而來、有大國自地極而興、執弓與戟、彼乃殘忍、不加矜恤、聲若海濤漰渤、錫安女歟、彼皆乘馬列陳、如戰士以攻爾、

祈顧爾約、蓋斯土幽暗之處、充以強暴兮、

蓋未施矜恤者、其受鞫亦不獲矜恤、夫矜恤也、必勝乎鞫、○

在天眾軍、乘白馬而從之、皆衣枲、白且潔、口出利劍、將以擊列邦、且以鐵杖牧之、全能上帝恚怒之酒醡、彼亦踐之、其衣及股、有名書曰、諸王之王、諸主之主、○我又見一使立於日中、大聲而呼、謂凡飛於天空之鳥曰、來、集赴上帝之盛筵、俾得食君王將帥勇士、及馬與乘之者、或自主為奴、與卑者尊者之肉、○

彼曾以怒攻諸民、而擊之不已、以恚迫列邦、而莫之能止、

挽弓之眾歟、爾其列陳、環攻巴比倫、射之毋惜厥矢、以其干罪於耶和華也、
