我激瑪代人攻之、彼不視銀為貴、不以金為悅、其弓擊殺少壯、不恤胎孕、其目不惜孩提、

又爾所見之獸、與其十角、將惡此妓、使之荒墟裸體、食其肉、且盡焚之、

宜宣告於列邦、豎立旌旆、播揚勿隱、曰、巴比倫被陷、彼勒蒙羞、米羅達傾覆、其神像慚愧、其偶像傾覆、有民自北方來攻之、使其地荒蕪、無人居處、人畜皆逃而去、

蓋有多國大王、必使其人服役、我必依其所行、及其手所作以報之、○
