我萬有之主耶和華曰、以色列族、暨猶大家、為人暴虐、見擄於敵、不復釋之。

萬有之主如是云、以色列人與猶大人、同受凌虐、擄之者強留之、不肯釋之、

This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ The people of Israel are oppressed, and the people of Judah as well. All their captors hold them fast, refusing to let them go.

The Lord who rules over all says,“ The people of Israel are being treated badly. So are the people of Judah. Those who have captured them are holding them. They refuse to let them go.

“ Thus says the Lord of hosts: The people of Israel are oppressed, and the people of Judah with them. All who took them captive have held them fast; they refuse to let them go.

This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says:“ The people of Israel and Judah have been wronged. Their captors hold them and refuse to let them go.

This is what the LORD of Armies says: Israelites and Judeans alike have been oppressed. All their captors hold them fast; they refuse to release them.

This is what the Lord of armies says:“ The sons of Israel are oppressed, And the sons of Judah as well; And all who took them captive have held them firmly, They have refused to let them go.

Thus says the Lord of hosts:“ The children of Israel were oppressed, Along with the children of Judah; All who took them captive have held them fast; They have refused to let them go.

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: The children of Israel and the children of Judah are oppressed together; and all that took them captive hold them fast; they refuse to let them go.

This is what the Lord of Hosts says: Israelites and Judeans alike have been oppressed. All their captors hold them fast; they refuse to release them.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; The children of Israel and the children of Judah[ were] oppressed together: and all that took them captives held them fast; they refused to let them go.

這就是那曾使天下荒涼、城邑傾覆、不肯釋放俘虜回家的人嗎？』

「『我要的禁食是，除去罪惡的鎖鏈，解開軛上的繩索，折斷一切的軛，使受欺壓的人得到自由，

我曾向我的子民發怒，讓我的產業被玷污，把他們交在你手中。你對他們毫不留情，甚至讓老人負極重的軛。

不久前，你們回心轉意，做我視為正的事，釋放自己的同胞，並且在我的殿中立了約。然而，你們卻反悔，各自抓回先前釋放的奴隸，再次奴役他們，褻瀆了我的名。因此耶和華說，既然你們不聽我的話，不給自己的同胞自由，看啊，我必使你們自由地死在戰爭、瘟疫和饑荒中，使你們的遭遇令天下萬國驚懼。這是耶和華說的。猶大與耶路撒冷的首領、宮廷侍臣、祭司和全體百姓曾把牛犢劈成兩半，從中間走過跟我立約，後來卻又違背跟我立的約，不守約，所以他們的下場必像他們劈開的牛犢一樣。

我對安逸的列國充滿憤怒，因為我只是對我的子民稍微不滿，列國卻大肆禍害他們。』因此，耶和華說，『我必懷著憐憫的心回到耶路撒冷，我的殿必在那裡重建，必有準繩丈量耶路撒冷。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。』

但你竟然在我的子民面前狂傲自大，不讓他們離開。明天這個時候，我要使天上降下大冰雹，是你們埃及立國以來從沒有見過的。

如果你不聽從，我就使青蛙來毀壞你的國土。

敵人遇見他們，就吞噬他們，還說，『我們沒有錯！這是因為他們冒犯了他們真正的安歇之處——耶和華，他們祖先的盼望——耶和華。』

「以色列人是一群被獅子驅散的羊，先被亞述王吞噬，後被巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒咬碎骨頭。」以色列的上帝——萬軍之耶和華說：「看啊，我要像懲罰亞述王一樣懲罰巴比倫王和他的國家。

以色列人說：「巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒吞噬我們、擊垮我們，把我們洗劫一空。他像海怪一樣吞吃我們，飽餐我們的美物，然後把我們趕走。」錫安的居民說：「巴比倫人殘暴地對待我們，願他們受報應。」耶路撒冷人說：「願迦勒底人償還我們的血債。」耶和華說：「我的子民啊，我要為你們伸冤，替你們報仇；我要使巴比倫的江河枯竭，泉源乾涸。

我必把這杯給苦待你的人，他們曾對你說，『趴下，我們好從你身上走過。』你曾把你的背當作地面，當作街道任人踐踏。」

主耶和華說：「起先我的子民到埃及寄居，後來亞述人無緣無故地欺壓他們。」耶和華說：「我這裡還有什麼呢？我的子民白白地被擄去，轄制他們的人咆哮大叫，我的名整天被褻瀆。然而，我的子民終會認識我的名。到那日，他們就會知道是我對他們說，『我在這裡。』」

法老說：「耶和華是誰？我憑什麼要聽從祂，放走以色列人？我不認識祂，也不會讓以色列人離開！」

如果你不讓他們走，繼續扣留他們，我就會使你田間所有的牲畜，包括馬、驢、駱駝和牛羊，都染上嚴重的瘟疫。

勇士搶去的能奪回來嗎？暴君擄走的能救回來嗎？但耶和華說：「勇士擄去的必被奪回，暴君搶去的必被救出。我必與你的敵人爭戰，拯救你的兒女。我要使那些欺壓你的人吞吃自己的肉，喝自己的血喝得酩酊大醉，好像喝酒一樣。那時候，世人都必知道我耶和華是你的救主，是你的救贖主，是雅各的大能者。」
