第七位天使把碗倒在空中，就有大声音从殿中的宝座上出来，说：“成了！”又有闪电、声音、雷轰、大地震，自从地上有人以来，没有这样大、这样厉害的地震。那大城裂为三段，列国的城也都倒塌了；神也想起巴比伦大城来，要把那盛自己烈怒的酒杯递给他。

“人子啊，主耶和华如此说：你要对各类的飞鸟和田野的走兽说：你们聚集来吧，要从四方聚到我为你们献祭之地，就是在以色列山上献大祭之地，好叫你们吃肉、喝血。你们必吃勇士的肉，喝地上首领的血，就如吃公绵羊、羊羔、公山羊、公牛，都是巴珊的肥畜。你们吃我为你们所献的祭，必吃饱了脂油，喝醉了血。你们必在我席上饱吃马匹和坐车的人，并勇士和一切的战士。这是主耶和华说的。”

列国都必服侍他和他的儿孙，直到他本国遭报的日期来到。那时，多国和大君王要使他作他们的奴仆。

“抢夺我产业的啊，你们因欢喜快乐，且像踹谷撒欢的母牛犊，又像发嘶声的壮马。

因怕她的痛苦，就远远地站着说：“哀哉！哀哉！巴比伦大城，坚固的城啊，一时之间你的刑罚就来到了。”
