所以万军之耶和华以色列的神如此说：“我必罚巴比伦王和他的地，像我从前罚亚述王一样。

以色列的上帝——萬軍之耶和華說：「看啊，我要像懲罰亞述王一樣懲罰巴比倫王和他的國家。

因此，萬軍之耶和華神這樣說：“看哪！我必懲罰巴比倫王和他的國土，像我以前懲罰亞述王一樣，

故此萬軍之永恆主以色列之上帝這麼說：看吧，我必察罰巴比倫王和他的地，像察罰亞述王一樣。

故萬軍之耶和華、以色列之上帝曰、我必罰巴比倫王與其地、若罰亞述王然、

萬有之主、以色列族之上帝耶和華曰、昔我罰亞述王、後必罰巴比倫王、及其土地、亦若是。

Therefore this is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says:“ I will punish the king of Babylon and his land as I punished the king of Assyria.

The Lord who rules over all is the God of Israel. He says,“ I punished the king of Assyria. In the same way, I will punish the king of Babylon and his land.

Therefore, thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: Behold, I am bringing punishment on the king of Babylon and his land, as I punished the king of Assyria.

Therefore, this is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, the God of Israel, says:“ Now I will punish the king of Babylon and his land, just as I punished the king of Assyria.

Therefore, this is what the LORD of Armies, the God of Israel, says: I am about to punish the king of Babylon and his land just as I punished the king of Assyria.

Therefore this is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel says:‘ Behold, I am going to punish the king of Babylon and his land, just as I punished the king of Assyria.

Therefore thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel:“ Behold, I will punish the king of Babylon and his land, As I have punished the king of Assyria.

Therefore thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel: Behold, I will punish the king of Babylon and his land, as I have punished the king of Assyria.

Therefore, this is what the Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel, says:“ I am about to punish the king of Babylon and his land just as I punished the king of Assyria.

Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will punish the king of Babylon and his land, as I have punished the king of Assyria.

So I, the LORD God of Israel who rules over all, say:‘ I will punish the king of Babylon and his land just as I punished the king of Assyria.

Therefore Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel, says:“ Behold, I will punish the king of Babylon and his land, as I have punished the king of Assyria.

主曰、迨我在郇山、在耶路撒冷畢我之事、則必懲罰亞述王心之驕傲、及其目之仰視、

昔亞述有若利巴嫩之柏香木、枝條豐美、蔥蔥有蔭、其株崇高、其巔圓密、水養之、大水大水原文作淵使之崇高、植處四周、溝流灌溉、水溝流及田間諸樹、水溝流及田間諸樹或作田間諸樹亦得分潤既得大水之利、其株甚高、超乎田野諸木、枝葉繁茂、條幹舒長、極其發旺、空中諸鳥、巢其枝上、田野諸獸、產其幹下、大大或作多國之民、居其蔭下、株大條長、甚為榮美、蓋其根在大水之旁、天主園之柏香木、不能出其上、不能出其上或作不能蔽之又作不能配之柏樹不及其幹、楓樹不及其柯、天主園中諸樹、俱不如其美、我使其柯條繁多、甚為榮美、天主園中、一切伊甸樹木、無不嫉之、主天主如是云、譬彼樹木、其株崇高、其巔茂密、因而心高志傲、故我付之於最有威勢之國、或作故我付之於列國中最強者必循其惡而待之、我亦必驅逐之、異邦中最強暴者、斫倒而棄之、其枝墮於諸山諸谷、其幹折於其地之溪旁、其幹折於其地之溪旁或作其幹被折散於地之窪處列邦之民、不復得其蔭庇、遂棄之、空中諸鳥、棲於其斫倒之株上、野之諸獸、伏於其幹中、使水旁之諸樹、不復高大、不復枝葉茂盛、巔頂崇高、不復因崇高、使彼得灌溉之群樹、立於四周、因俱必枯而死、偃於地之深處、與人之下墓無異、主天主如是云、彼下示阿勒示阿勒有譯黃泉有譯陰府有譯墳墓下同之日、我使人為之悲慟、使深淵覆之、使其江河斷流、大水枯涸、使利巴嫩為之哀哭、使田野之諸樹、為之悲慘、我使之下示阿勒、與下墓者無異、列國之民、聞其墮落之聲、無不驚動、伊甸一切樹木、及利巴嫩最佳之木、即得水灌溉之群樹、已在幽冥之所、幽冥之所原文作地之深處下同見其遭此、則心覺慰藉、彼亦偕之下示阿勒、至亡於刃者之所、助之者、助之者原文作為其臂者於列邦中坐其蔭庇者、皆下示阿勒、助之者於列邦中坐其蔭庇者皆下示阿勒或作助之者得其蔭庇者亦皆於列邦中同下示阿勒

主必舉手、懲罰北方、勦滅亞述、使尼尼微荒蕪、成為旱地、無異沙漠、群畜與各種野獸、必臥於其中、鵜鶘野鳥、棲於柱頂、牖間聞鳥聲、門閾荒蕪、門閾荒蕪或作門閾之前遍有瓦礫柏香木板、俱已剝落、此邑素淫樂、安居無畏、心中曰、惟有我、我外無他、忽變荒蕪、獸伏之處、凡過之者、俱戲笑搖首、

斯乃論尼尼微之預言、即伊利歌斯人那鴻、所得之默示之書、曰、主乃忌邪施報施報或作復仇下同之天主、主震怒施報、施報於逆之者、為怨之者存怒心、主猶含忍不遽怒、具有大能、不以惡人為無罪、主乘烈風迅風而來、以雲為足下之塵、

主之使者出、在亞述營中殺十八萬五千人、蚤起視之、惟屍而已、亞述王西拿基立遂返、居於尼尼微、一日崇拜於其神尼斯洛殿、其子亞得米勒與沙利色、以刃弒之、乃遁於亞拉臘地、其子以撒哈頓繼之為王、
