「萬軍之耶和華如此說：我必折斷以攔人的弓，就是他們為首的權力。

「萬軍之耶和華如此說：看哪，我必折斷以攔人的弓，那是他們戰鬥的主力。

萬軍之耶和華云、以攔所恃為強之弓、我必折之、

萬有之主耶和華曰、以攔善射過人、我將折之、

萬有之主如是云、以攔人以弓為首能、我必折之、

This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ See, I will break the bow of Elam, the mainstay of their might.

The Lord who rules over all said,“ Elam’s bow is the secret of its strength. But I will break it.

Thus says the Lord of hosts:“ Behold, I will break the bow of Elam, the mainstay of their might.

This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says:“ I will destroy the archers of Elam— the best of their forces.

This is what the LORD of Armies says: I am about to shatter Elam’s bow, the source of their might.

“ This is what the Lord of armies says:‘ Behold, I am going to break the bow of Elam, The finest of their might.

“ Thus says the Lord of hosts:‘ Behold, I will break the bow of Elam, The foremost of their might.

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Behold, I will break the bow of Elam, the chief of their might.

This is what the Lord of Hosts says: I am about to shatter Elam’s bow, the source of their might.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will break the bow of Elam, the chief of their might.

The LORD who rules over all said,“ I will kill all the archers of Elam, who are the chief source of her military might.

“ Yahweh of Armies says:‘ Behold, I will break the bow of Elam, the chief of their might.

以拦人带着箭袋，率领战车和骑兵前来，吉珥人也亮出盾牌。

祂平息天下的战争，祂断弓、折枪、烧毁盾牌。

毁灭者正前来攻打巴比伦，擒拿她的勇士，折断他们的弓弩。耶和华是追讨罪恶、报应恶人的上帝。

“要召集所有的弓箭手来攻打巴比伦，在她四围扎营，不让一人漏网。要照她的所作所为报应她；她怎样对待别人，也要怎样对待她，因为她藐视耶和华——以色列的圣者。

弓箭手啊，你们要列阵围攻巴比伦，向她猛射，不要吝啬箭枝，因为她得罪了耶和华。
