Nebuzaradan commander of the imperial guard carried into exile to Babylon the people who remained in the city, along with those who had gone over to him, and the rest of the people.

Nebuzaradan was commander of the royal guard. Some people still remained in the city. But he took them away to Babylon as prisoners. He also took along those who had gone over to his side. And he took the rest of the people.

Then Nebuzaradan, the captain of the guard, carried into exile to Babylon the rest of the people who were left in the city, those who had deserted to him, and the people who remained.

Then Nebuzaradan, the captain of the guard, took as exiles to Babylon the rest of the people who remained in the city, those who had defected to him, and everyone else who remained.

巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒十九年、五月十日、其臣僕侍衛長尼布撒喇擔至耶路撒冷、燬耶和華殿、王宮宦第、及耶路撒冷民室、侍衛長率迦勒底軍、墮耶路撒冷城垣之四周、侍衛長尼布撒喇擔虜邑中所遺之貧民、及降巴比倫者、惟遺貧民、使修理葡萄園、耕植其田。

侍衛長尼布撒剌擔、擄邑之遺民、及降於巴比倫王者、悉攜以去、

咸至哈末之立拉、見巴比倫王。

我民無知、為人所擄、尊者飢、黎民渴。

故我驅爾出斯土、至爾與爾祖所未識之國、在彼仍服事他上帝、晝夜不息、我因此不加矜恤。

蓋耶和華曰、我將使爾恆有懼心、友朋見爾、莫不悚懼、爾友將亡於刃、使爾目睹、蓋巴比倫王將伐猶大、殺戮殆盡、擄其民人、而反、我使之然。斯邑之貨財、物產珍寶、暨猶大王之國帑、我必悉付於敵手、彼盡取之、遷於巴比倫。爾巴述全家、將被俘於巴比倫、在彼爾及信爾言之友、必死而葬。

其尚留於猶大者、惟貧乏之民而已、賜之以葡萄園田畝。巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒、以耶利米託之侍衛長尼布撒喇擔、諭之曰、爾眷顧之、斷勿加害、惟視其所欲、而施之焉。侍衛長尼布撒喇擔宦官長布尼殺班、博士長尼甲沙哩設、與巴比倫王諸牧伯、遣人至外獄。召耶利米、使與沙番孫亞希甘子其大利同歸故土、居於民間。

我必散爾於異邦、襲爾以白刃、荒寂爾居、掃除爾邑。

尼布甲尼撒七年、擄猶大民三千有二十三、十八年、擄八百三十有二、二十三年侍衛長尼布撒喇擔、自耶路撒冷擄猶大民七百四十五、共計四千六百。

爾之子孫、為人所擄、在巴比倫王宮為宦豎。

耶和華必散爾於四方、所遺於列國者、亦已無幾、
