人必將你所有的后妃和你的兒女都帶出到迦勒底人那裏；你自己也不能逃脫他們的手；你乃是要被巴比倫王的手捉住；這城也必被火焚燒。』

護衛長尼布撒拉旦將這些人帶到利比拉巴比倫王那裏。巴比倫王擊殺了他們，把他們殺死在哈馬地的利比拉。這樣、猶大人就流亡、離開他們的本地。

但你若不出去歸降巴比倫王的首領，這城就必交在迦勒底人手中；他們必放火燒城，你自己也不能逃脫他們的手。』

亞述王從巴比倫、古他、亞瓦、哈馬、和西法瓦音設法使人來住在撒瑪利亞的各城、以代替以色列人；他們就得了撒瑪利亞以為業，而住在它的各城市。

還有迦巴勒人之地、和日出方向的全利巴嫩、從黑門山根的巴力迦得、直到哈馬口；

哈馬王陀以聽見大衛擊敗了哈大底謝的全軍，

迦勒底人將王捉住，把他帶上去到利比拉巴比倫王那裏，就宣佈判語來定他的罪。

我們的活氣、永恆主所膏立的王、在敵人的陷坑中被捉住；卻是我們曾經說到：『我們在列國中要在他蔭庇下活着』的。

因此永恆主使亞述王的將軍來攻擊他們，用鐃鈎鈎住瑪拿西，用銅鍊鎖着他，將他帶到巴比倫去。

猶大因遭遇苦難，又因多作苦工，就流亡外邦；她住在列國中，尋不着安居之地；追逼她的、都在她困苦時將她追上。

他們上去、窺探了那地，從尋的曠野到利合，向着哈馬口那方向。

所留下的就是：非利士人的五個霸主、和一切迦南人、西頓人，和住利巴嫩山的希未人，從巴力黑們山直到哈馬口。

但他卻背叛了巴王，反而差遣使者往埃及去，要他們給他馬匹和許多兵丁。他哪能順利成功呢？行這樣事的人哪能逃脫呢？違反了盟約哪能逃脫呢？主永恆主發神諭說：我指着永活的我來起誓：巴王立他做王，他竟藐視了發咒起誓的話，違反了巴王跟他所立的約；因此他一定必死在巴比倫、巴王住的地方。敵人倒土堆築了壘要剪滅許多人時，法老雖領了大軍隊大羣眾人也不能在戰陣上跟他周旋呀。他藐視了發咒起誓的話，違犯了盟約；曾經舉手起了誓，還行這一切事，他必不能逃脫。因此主永恆主這麼說：我指着永活的我來起誓，對他所藐視我發咒起誓的話、和他所違犯我立的約、我一定要將這罪還報在他頭上。我必將我的網撒在他身上，他必在我的網羅中被捉住；我要把他帶到巴比倫，在那裏判罰他對我不忠實的罪。在他全部隊中、他所有的精兵都必倒斃於刀下；剩下的必被撒於四方；你們就知道是我永恆主說了。』

必有一陣太大的風、不是這些穀子所受得了的、為我颳來。現在是我要說出判語來定他們的罪。』
