告之曰、王命以此人拘於獄、加以艱苦、不使之食足飲足、原文作使之少食餅少飲水直待我安然而歸、

人心多謀、惟主之旨方立、方立或作方為堅定

人之智慧聰明謀畧、在主前無足稱道、

既聞此詛言、猶心中自慰曰、我雖剛愎自用、渴時痛飲、亦可獲安、主必不赦之、必動忌邪之心、震怒甚烈、氣忿若燄、以攻此人、以此書所載諸禍諸禍或作諸詛下同加諸其身、塗抹其名於天下、在以色列諸支派中、主必區別之、加之以禍、循此律法書所載約中之詛言、

我以公平為繩、以善義為準、爾以誑詐為掩蔽之所、雹必除之、爾以虛偽為藏身之處、水必沖之、或作我以公平為準繩以善義為吊錘使雹擊除誑詐之蔽所使水沖沒虛偽之藏處爾與死亡所立之約必廢、與示阿勒所結之盟不立、敵軍來時、如水汎濫四溢、經歷斯地、爾曹為彼所蹂躪、彼一經歷則執爾、每晨經歷、晝夜經歷、人惟聞風聲、驚駭不已、其勢必如床短不能舒身、被狹不足蔽體、主必興起、如昔在毘拉心山、震怒如昔在基遍谷、欲行其事、即非常之事、欲成其工、即奇異之工、今爾勿嘲笑、恐爾之縲絏愈加嚴緊、蓋我聞主萬有之天主已定厥命、必殲滅全地、○

其實爾厭惡我之訓誨、將我之言語、棄置於後、

此書之預言、如有刪除之者、天主必由生命册、刪除其名、不許其居於聖城、使之不得享此書所錄之福、○

曰、哀哉、我厭棄訓誨、心中藐視督責、
