They will advance against my people Israel. They will be like a cloud covering their land. Gog, in days to come I will bring you against my land. Then the nations will know me. I will use you to prove to them how holy I am.”

So the earth will be filled with sadness. The sky above will grow dark. I have spoken, and I will not take pity on them. I have made my decision, and I will not change my mind.”

The blazing flame will not be put out. The faces of everyone from south to north will be burned by it.Everyone will see that I started the fire. It will not be put out. I am the Lord.” ’ ”

That’s how the Lord carries out his plan all over the world. That’s how he reaches out his powerful hand to punish all the nations.The Lord who rules over all has planned it. Who can stop him? He has reached out his powerful hand. Who can keep him from using it?
