錫安小姐啊，絞痛而衝出、像生產的婦人吧！因為你如今快要從這都市出來，住在野外，去到巴比倫；在那裏你必得援救，在那裏永恆主必贖回你脫離你仇敵的手掌。

我就來到提勒亞畢流亡的人中間，就是那些住在迦巴魯河邊的，我在那裏呆着，在他們中間驚惶恐懼、有七天之久。
