惟爾牧人當號咷、導群羊者當哀哭、輾轉於灰塵、因爾群被殺之時已至、見散之日已屆、爾必喪亡、與珍器之毀無以異、

“ Then you shall break the flask in the sight of the men who go with you,and say to them,‘ Thus says the Lord of hosts:“ Even so I will break this people and this city, as one breaks a potter’s vessel, which cannot be made whole again; and they shall bury them in Tophet till there is no place to bury.Thus I will do to this place,” says the Lord,“ and to its inhabitants, and make this city like Tophet.

And He shall break it like the breaking of the potter’s vessel, Which is broken in pieces; He shall not spare. So there shall not be found among its fragments A shard to take fire from the hearth, Or to take water from the cistern.”
