因為他們中間有誰曾站在永恆主之機密圈中，得以理會而聽到他的話呢？有誰曾留心聽他的話而聽得到呢？

我也差遣了我的眾僕人神言人們，又及時又屢次地差遣、去找你們，說：「你們要回轉、各人離開各人的壞行徑，改正你們所行所作的，不可隨從別的神而服事他們，那麼你們就可以住我所賜給你們和你們列祖的土地。」你們卻不傾耳以聽，你們總是不聽我。

因為你們弄虛假事叫義人灰心（並不是我使他灰心），你們又加強惡人的手，使他不回轉離開壞行徑以救活自己，

他們或者聽、或者不聽，你只管將我的話告訴他們；他們原是叛逆之家呀。

『所以主永恆主發神諭說：以色列家啊，我要判罰你們，各照各人所行的。回轉吧！轉離你們一切的罪過吧！免得罪過成了你們陷於罪罰中的因由。

去開他們的眼，使他們從黑暗中轉到光中，從撒但的權下轉向上帝，使他們獲得罪赦，又得業分、在因信我而成聖別的人中間。」『所以、亞基帕王啊，我沒有悖逆天上的顯象；我乃是先向在大馬色和耶路撒冷的人，然後向猶太全地區以及外國、傳報，叫他們悔改、轉向上帝，行事跟悔改相稱。

那我們就不該睡着、像其餘的人一樣了；卻要儆醒着、冷靜戒備着。

『人子啊，我立了你做以色列家的守望人；你若從我口中聽到話語，總要替我警告他們。

或者猶大家聽見我想要降與他們的一切災禍，各人就回轉，離開各人的壞行徑也不一定，我好赦免他們的罪孽和他們的罪。』

因為他們自己正在傳布我們的事、說我們到你們中間是怎樣受了歡迎，你們又怎樣離棄了偶像，轉向上帝、來服事一位永活而真的上帝，靜候着他兒子由天而來，就是他從死人中所甦活起來的、那位援救我們脫離將來神怒的耶穌。

因為上帝全部的計畫、我並沒有退縮而不傳告你們。
