耶和華曰、爾宜秉公行義、拯被刧者於暴者之手、勿枉賓旅孤寡、勿虐待之、勿流無辜之血於斯土、

耶和華曰、爾居斯土、當秉公義、凡受暴者、爾其拯救、賓旅孤寡、爾無虐遇、勿殺無辜、

主如是云、爾當秉公行義、拯救受虐者、脫於欺凌者之手、勿欺虐客旅孤寡、勿流無辜之血於斯地、

This is what the Lord says: Do what is just and right. Rescue from the hand of the oppressor the one who has been robbed. Do no wrong or violence to the foreigner, the fatherless or the widow, and do not shed innocent blood in this place.

The Lord says,“ Do what is fair and right. Save those who have been robbed. Set them free from the people who have treated them badly. Do not do anything wrong to outsiders or widows in this place. Do not harm children whose fathers have died. Do not kill those who are not guilty of doing anything wrong.

Thus says the Lord: Do justice and righteousness, and deliver from the hand of the oppressor him who has been robbed. And do no wrong or violence to the resident alien, the fatherless, and the widow, nor shed innocent blood in this place.

This is what the Lord says: Be fair minded and just. Do what is right! Help those who have been robbed; rescue them from their oppressors. Quit your evil deeds! Do not mistreat foreigners, orphans, and widows. Stop murdering the innocent!

This is what the LORD says: Administer justice and righteousness. Rescue the victim of robbery from his oppressor. Don’t exploit or brutalize the resident alien, the fatherless, or the widow. Don’t shed innocent blood in this place.

This is what the Lord says:“ Do justice and righteousness, and save one who has been robbed from the power of his oppressor. And do not mistreat or do violence to the stranger, the orphan, or the widow; and do not shed innocent blood in this place.

惟有你的眼和你的心專顧貪婪，流無辜人的血，行欺壓和強暴。

大衛家啊，耶和華如此說：你們每早晨要施行公平，拯救被搶奪的脫離欺壓人的手，恐怕我的忿怒因你們的惡行發作，如火着起，甚至無人能以熄滅。

在你中間有輕慢父母的，有欺壓寄居的，有虧負孤兒寡婦的。

世人哪，耶和華已指示你何為善。他向你所要的是甚麼呢？只要你行公義，好憐憫，存謙卑的心，與你的神同行。

埃及必然荒涼，以東變為悽涼的曠野，都因向猶大人所行的強暴，又因在本地流無辜人的血。

免得無辜之人的血流在耶和華－你神所賜你為業的地上，流血的罪就歸於你。「若有人恨他的鄰舍，埋伏着起來擊殺他，以致於死，便逃到這些城的一座城，本城的長老就要打發人去，從那裏帶出他來，交在報血仇的手中，將他治死。你眼不可顧惜他，卻要從以色列中除掉流無辜血的罪，使你可以得福。」

你們舉手禱告，我必遮眼不看；就是你們多多地祈禱，我也不聽。你們的手都滿了殺人的血。你們要洗濯、自潔，從我眼前除掉你們的惡行，要止住作惡，學習行善，尋求公平，解救受欺壓的；給孤兒伸冤，為寡婦辨屈。耶和華說：你們來，我們彼此辯論。你們的罪雖像硃紅，必變成雪白；雖紅如丹顏，必白如羊毛。你們若甘心聽從，必吃地上的美物，若不聽從，反倒悖逆，必被刀劍吞滅。這是耶和華親口說的。

「若遇見人拐帶以色列中的一個弟兄，當奴才待他，或是賣了他，那拐帶人的就必治死。這樣，便將那惡從你們中間除掉。

又因他流無辜人的血，充滿了耶路撒冷；耶和華決不肯赦免。

「萬軍之耶和華曾對你們的列祖如此說：『要按至理判斷，各人以慈愛憐憫弟兄。不可欺壓寡婦、孤兒、寄居的，和貧窮人。誰都不可心裏謀害弟兄。』」他們卻不肯聽從，扭轉肩頭，塞耳不聽，

萬軍之耶和華說：「我必臨近你們，施行審判。我必速速作見證，警戒行邪術的、犯姦淫的、起假誓的、虧負人之工價的、欺壓寡婦孤兒的、屈枉寄居的，和不敬畏我的。」

在神我們的父面前，那清潔沒有玷污的虔誠，就是看顧在患難中的孤兒寡婦，並且保守自己不沾染世俗。

他們肥胖光潤，作惡過甚，不為人伸冤！就是不為孤兒伸冤，不使他亨通，也不為窮人辨屈。

又有人從母懷中搶奪孤兒，強取窮人的衣服為當頭，

他們大家聚集攻擊義人，將無辜的人定為死罪。

你的官長居心悖逆，與盜賊作伴，各都喜愛賄賂，追求贓私。他們不為孤兒伸冤；寡婦的案件也不得呈到他們面前。

神在他的聖所作孤兒的父，作寡婦的伸冤者。

首領和眾民就對祭司、先知說：「這人是不該死的，因為他是奉耶和華－我們神的名向我們說話。」

不可挪移古時的地界，也不可侵入孤兒的田地；

「人若有爭訟，來聽審判，審判官就要定義人有理，定惡人有罪。

以色列的神、以色列的磐石曉諭我說：那以公義治理人民的，敬畏神執掌權柄，

「你們施行審判，不可行不義；不可偏護窮人，也不可重看有勢力的人，只要按着公義審判你的鄰舍。

就是高傲的眼，撒謊的舌，流無辜人血的手，

他要按公義審判你的民，按公平審判你的困苦人。大山小山都要因公義使民得享平安。他必為民中的困苦人伸冤，拯救窮乏之輩，壓碎那欺壓人的。

「你要在耶和華－你神所賜的各城裏，按着各支派設立審判官和官長。他們必按公義的審判判斷百姓。不可屈枉正直；不可看人的外貌。也不可受賄賂；因為賄賂能叫智慧人的眼變瞎了，又能顛倒義人的話。你要追求至公至義，好叫你存活，承受耶和華－你神所賜你的地。

不可苦待寡婦和孤兒；

首領為賄賂行審判；祭司為雇價施訓誨；先知為銀錢行占卜。他們卻倚賴耶和華，說：耶和華不是在我們中間嗎？災禍必不臨到我們。

「不可在窮人爭訟的事上屈枉正直。當遠離虛假的事。不可殺無辜和有義的人，因我必不以惡人為義。不可受賄賂；因為賄賂能叫明眼人變瞎了，又能顛倒義人的話。「不可欺壓寄居的；因為你們在埃及地作過寄居的，知道寄居的心。」

他為孤兒寡婦伸冤，又憐愛寄居的，賜給他衣食。

你打發寡婦空手回去，折斷孤兒的膀臂。

我出到城門，在街上設立座位；少年人見我而迴避，老年人也起身站立；王子都停止說話，用手摀口；首領靜默無聲，舌頭貼住上膛。耳朵聽我的，就稱我有福；眼睛看我的，便稱讚我；因我拯救哀求的困苦人和無人幫助的孤兒。將要滅亡的為我祝福；我也使寡婦心中歡樂。我以公義為衣服，以公平為外袍和冠冕。我為瞎子的眼，瘸子的腳。我為窮乏人的父；素不認識的人，我查明他的案件。我打破不義之人的牙牀，從他牙齒中奪了所搶的。

「你們若實在改正行動作為，在人和鄰舍中間誠然施行公平，不欺壓寄居的和孤兒寡婦，在這地方不流無辜人的血，也不隨從別神陷害自己，

誇口的卻因他有聰明，認識我是耶和華，又知道我喜悅在世上施行慈愛、公平，和公義，以此誇口。這是耶和華說的。」

他們殺死寡婦和寄居的，又殺害孤兒。

「『向寄居的和孤兒寡婦屈枉正直的，必受咒詛！』百姓都要說：『阿們！』
