‘ Hear the word of the Lord to you, king of Judah, you who sit on David’s throne— you, your officials and your people who come through these gates.

‘ King of Judah, listen to the Lord’ s message. You are sitting on David’s throne. You and your officials and your people come through these gates.

and say,‘ Hear the word of the Lord, O king of Judah, who sits on the throne of David, you, and your servants, and your people who enter these gates.

‘ Listen to this message from the Lord, you king of Judah, sitting on David’s throne. Let your attendants and your people listen, too.

Say:‘ Listen, O king of Judah who follows in David’s succession. You, your officials, and your subjects who pass through the gates of this palace must listen to what the LORD says.

‘ Hear Yahweh’s word, king of Judah, who sits on David’s throne, you, your servants, and your people who enter in by these gates.

他要為大，稱為至高者的兒子；主神要把他祖大衛的位給他。

他的政權與平安必加增無窮。他必在大衛的寶座上治理他的國，以公平公義使國堅定穩固，從今直到永遠。萬軍之耶和華的熱心必成就這事。

你們這所多瑪的官長啊，要聽耶和華的話！你們這蛾摩拉的百姓啊，要側耳聽我們神的訓誨！

你們若認真行這事，就必有坐大衛寶座的君王和他的臣僕百姓，或坐車或騎馬，從這城的各門進入。

說：『猶大君王和耶路撒冷的居民哪，當聽耶和華的話。萬軍之耶和華－以色列的神如此說：我必使災禍臨到這地方，凡聽見的人都必耳鳴；

所以，你們這些褻慢的人，就是轄管住在耶路撒冷這百姓的，要聽耶和華的話。

「所以，你們這些牧人要聽耶和華的話。

所以耶和華論到猶大王約雅敬說：他後裔中必沒有人坐在大衛的寶座上；他的屍首必被拋棄，白日受炎熱，黑夜受寒霜。

「你當站在耶和華殿的門口，在那裏宣傳這話說：你們進這些門敬拜耶和華的一切猶大人，當聽耶和華的話。

地啊，地啊，地啊，當聽耶和華的話！耶和華如此說：要寫明這人算為無子，是平生不得亨通的；因為他後裔中再無一人得亨通，能坐在大衛的寶座上治理猶大。

亞瑪謝啊，現在你要聽耶和華的話。你說：『不要向以色列說預言，也不要向以撒家滴下預言。』

所以耶和華論到坐大衛寶座的王和住在這城裏的一切百姓，就是未曾與你們一同被擄的弟兄，萬軍之耶和華如此說：『看哪，我必使刀劍、饑荒、瘟疫臨到他們，使他們像極壞的無花果，壞得不可吃。

對他們說：『你們這猶大君王和猶大眾人，並耶路撒冷的一切居民，凡從這些門進入的都當聽耶和華的話。耶和華如此說：你們要謹慎，不要在安息日擔甚麼擔子進入耶路撒冷的各門；也不要在安息日從家中擔出擔子去。無論何工都不可做，只要以安息日為聖日，正如我所吩咐你們列祖的。』他們卻不聽從，不側耳而聽，竟硬着頸項不聽，不受教訓。」耶和華說：「你們若留意聽從我，在安息日不擔甚麼擔子進入這城的各門，只以安息日為聖日，在那日無論何工都不做；那時就有坐大衛寶座的君王和首領，他們與猶大人，並耶路撒冷的居民，或坐車，或騎馬，進入這城的各門，而且這城必存到永遠。也必有人從猶大城邑和耶路撒冷四圍的各處，從便雅憫地、高原、山地，並南地而來，都帶燔祭、平安祭、素祭，和乳香，並感謝祭，到耶和華的殿去。你們若不聽從我，不以安息日為聖日，仍在安息日擔擔子，進入耶路撒冷的各門，我必在各門中點火；這火也必燒毀耶路撒冷的宮殿，不能熄滅。」

米該雅說：「你要聽耶和華的話！我看見耶和華坐在寶座上，天上的萬軍侍立在他左右。

你要對君王和太后說：你們當自卑，坐在下邊；因你們的頭巾，就是你們的華冠，已經脫落了。

所以你們一切被擄去的，就是我從耶路撒冷打發到巴比倫去的，當聽耶和華的話。』」
