耶和華又曰、時日將至、人必不復以陀法便欣嫩谷名斯土、而以殺戮稱之。

緣此主云、時日將至、斯處不復稱為陀斐特便欣嫩谷、必稱為殺戮谷、

So beware, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when people will no longer call this place Topheth or the Valley of Ben Hinnom, but the Valley of Slaughter.

and go out to the valley of the son of Hinnom, which is by the entry of the gate Harsith, and proclaim there the words that I will tell you.

and shall tell them,‘ Yahweh of Armies says:“ Even so I will break this people and this city, as one breaks a potter’s vessel, that can’t be made whole again. They will bury in Topheth, until there is no place to bury.

Therefore behold, the days come”, says Yahweh,“ that it will no more be called‘ Topheth’ or‘ The valley of the son of Hinnom’, but‘ The valley of Slaughter’; for they will bury in Topheth until there is no place to bury.The dead bodies of this people will be food for the birds of the sky, and for the animals of the earth. No one will frighten them away.
