Listen to me, Lord; hear what my accusers are saying!

Lord, please listen to me! Hear what my enemies are saying about me!

Hear me, O Lord, and listen to the voice of my adversaries.

Lord, hear me and help me! Listen to what my enemies are saying.

Pay attention to me, LORD. Hear what my opponents are saying!

Then I said,“ LORD, pay attention to me. Listen to what my enemies are saying.

Give heed to me, Yahweh, and listen to the voice of those who contend with me.

For they all were trying to make us afraid, saying,“ Their hands will be weakened in the work, and it will not be done.” Now therefore, O God, strengthen my hands.

Let them curse, but You bless; When they arise, let them be ashamed, But let Your servant rejoice.

But, O Lord of hosts, You who test the righteous, And see the mind and heart, Let me see Your vengeance on them; For I have pleaded my cause before You.

As for me, I will call upon God, And the Lord shall save me.Evening and morning and at noon I will pray, and cry aloud, And He shall hear my voice.

Do not rejoice over me, my enemy; When I fall, I will arise; When I sit in darkness, The Lord will be a light to me.

But they were filled with rage, and discussed with one another what they might do to Jesus.Now it came to pass in those days that He went out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.

In return for my love they are my accusers, But I give myself to prayer.

Hear my voice, O God, in my meditation; Preserve my life from fear of the enemy.Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked, From the rebellion of the workers of iniquity,Who sharpen their tongue like a sword, And bend their bows to shoot their arrows— bitter words,That they may shoot in secret at the blameless; Suddenly they shoot at him and do not fear.

Incline Your ear, O Lord, and hear; open Your eyes, O Lord, and see; and hear the words of Sennacherib, which he has sent to reproach the living God.

Hear, O our God, for we are despised; turn their reproach on their own heads, and give them as plunder to a land of captivity!Do not cover their iniquity, and do not let their sin be blotted out from before You; for they have provoked You to anger before the builders.

Be merciful to me, O God, for man would swallow me up; Fighting all day he oppresses me.My enemies would hound me all day, For there are many who fight against me, O Most High.Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You.
