熱東風把他一飄，他就走了，又把他颳離原處。

牠中間雇傭的兵也像圈裏養肥的牛犢；因為就在他們遭遇災難的日子、受察罰關頭臨到他們身上時，他們也竟轉身、一齊逃跑，沒有站住。

他們是以背向着我，不是以面；我雖教訓他們，又及時又屢次地教訓，他們卻不聽而接受管教；

你的心不可偏向淫婦的路；你不可迷入她的路徑；因為她所擊倒而死的很多；她所殺戮的實在無數。

『永恆主必使你在仇敵面前被擊敗；你從一條路出去攻打他們，必由七條路、從他們面前逃跑；你竟要成為地上萬國所引為令人不寒而慄的例子。

你們竟離棄了我，去服事別的神；因此我不再拯救你們了。你們去向你們所選擇的神哀呼！讓他在你們遭遇患難時拯救你們吧。』

當那日子、我必向他們發怒，撇棄他們、掩面不顧他們，以致他們被吞滅，並有許多災禍患難找到他們身上去。當那日子他們必說：「這些災禍找到我們身上來、豈不是因我們的上帝不在我們中間麼？」

永恆主必使你分散於萬族之民中，從地這邊到地那邊；在那裏你必事奉別的神、是你和你列祖素來不認識的、木頭石頭的神。

要等待伸冤報應的日子，等待他們的腳顛躓的時候麼？因為他們遭遇災難的日子近了，那準備要臨到他們身上的就要迅速地來臨。
