And people shall come from the cities of Judah and the places around Jerusalem, from the land of Benjamin, from the Shephelah, from the hill country, and from the Negeb, bringing burnt offerings and sacrifices, grain offerings and frankincense, and bringing thank offerings to the house of the Lord.

People will come from the towns of Judah and the villages around Jerusalem, from the territory of Benjamin and the western foothills, from the hill country and the Negev, bringing burnt offerings and sacrifices, grain offerings and incense, and bringing thank offerings to the house of the Lord.

Some will come from the towns of Judah. And some will come in from the villages around Jerusalem. Others will come from the territory of Benjamin. And others will come in from the western hills. Still others will come from the central hill country and the Negev Desert. All of them will bring burnt offerings and sacrifices. They will come bringing grain offerings, incense and thank offerings. They will take all these offerings to my house.

And from all around Jerusalem, from the towns of Judah and Benjamin, from the western foothills and the hill country and the Negev, the people will come with their burnt offerings and sacrifices. They will bring their grain offerings, frankincense, and thanksgiving offerings to the Lord’s Temple.

Then people will come from the cities of Judah and from the area around Jerusalem, from the land of Benjamin and from the Judean foothills, from the hill country and from the Negev bringing burnt offerings and sacrifices, grain offerings and frankincense, and thanksgiving sacrifices to the house of the LORD.

They will come in from the cities of Judah and from the areas surrounding Jerusalem, from the land of Benjamin, from the lowland, from the hill country, and from the Negev, bringing burnt offerings, sacrifices, grain offerings, and frankincense, and bringing sacrifices of thanksgiving to the house of the Lord.

And they shall come from the cities of Judah and from the places around Jerusalem, from the land of Benjamin and from the lowland, from the mountains and from the South, bringing burnt offerings and sacrifices, grain offerings and incense, bringing sacrifices of praise to the house of the Lord.

And they shall come from the cities of Judah, and from the places round about Jerusalem, and from the land of Benjamin, and from the lowland, and from the hill- country, and from the South, bringing burnt- offerings, and sacrifices, and meal- offerings, and frankincense, and bringing sacrifices of thanksgiving, unto the house of Jehovah.

Then people will come from the cities of Judah and from the area around Jerusalem, from the land of Benjamin and from the Judean foothills, from the hill country and from the Negev bringing burnt offerings and sacrifice, grain offerings and frankincense, and thank offerings to the house of the Lord.

And they shall come from the cities of Judah, and from the places about Jerusalem, and from the land of Benjamin, and from the plain, and from the mountains, and from the south, bringing burnt offerings, and sacrifices, and meat offerings, and incense, and bringing sacrifices of praise, unto the house of the LORD.

Then people will come here from the towns in Judah, from the villages surrounding Jerusalem, from the territory of Benjamin, from the western foothills, from the southern hill country, and from the southern part of Judah. They will come bringing offerings to the temple of the LORD: burnt offerings, sacrifices, grain offerings, and incense along with their thank offerings.

They will come from the cities of Judah, and from the places around Jerusalem, from the land of Benjamin, from the lowland, from the hill country, and from the South, bringing burnt offerings, sacrifices, meal offerings, and frankincense, and bringing sacrifices of thanksgiving, to Yahweh’s house.

In the cities of the hill country, in the cities of the Shephelah, and in the cities of the Negeb, in the land of Benjamin, the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, flocks shall again pass under the hands of the one who counts them, says the Lord.

Were not these the words that the Lord proclaimed by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and prosperous, with her cities around her, and the South and the lowland were inhabited?’”

Fields shall be bought for money, and deeds shall be signed and sealed and witnessed, in the land of Benjamin, in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, in the cities of the hill country, in the cities of the Shephelah, and in the cities of the Negeb; for I will restore their fortunes, declares the Lord.”

And let them offer sacrifices of thanksgiving, and tell of his deeds in songs of joy!

I will offer to you the sacrifice of thanksgiving and call on the name of the Lord.

the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voices of those who sing, as they bring thank offerings to the house of the Lord:“‘ Give thanks to the Lord of hosts, for the Lord is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!’ For I will restore the fortunes of the land as at first, says the Lord.

The Lord called Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting, saying,“ Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, When any one of you brings an offering to the Lord, you shall bring your offering of livestock from the herd or from the flock.“ If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he shall offer a male without blemish. He shall bring it to the entrance of the tent of meeting, that he may be accepted before the Lord.He shall lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him.Then he shall kill the bull before the Lord, and Aaron’s sons the priests shall bring the blood and throw the blood against the sides of the altar that is at the entrance of the tent of meeting.Then he shall flay the burnt offering and cut it into pieces,and the sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire on the altar and arrange wood on the fire.

The cities belonging to the tribe of the people of Judah in the extreme south, toward the boundary of Edom, were Kabzeel, Eder, Jagur,Kinah, Dimonah, Adadah,Kedesh, Hazor, Ithnan,Ziph, Telem, Bealoth,Hazor-hadattah, Kerioth-hezron( that is, Hazor),Amam, Shema, Moladah,Hazar-gaddah, Heshmon, Beth-pelet,Hazar-shual, Beersheba, Biziothiah,Baalah, Iim, Ezem,Eltolad, Chesil, Hormah,Ziklag, Madmannah, Sansannah,Lebaoth, Shilhim, Ain, and Rimmon: in all, twenty-nine cities with their villages.And in the lowland, Eshtaol, Zorah, Ashnah,Zanoah, En-gannim, Tappuah, Enam,Jarmuth, Adullam, Socoh, Azekah,Shaaraim, Adithaim, Gederah, Gederothaim: fourteen cities with their villages.Zenan, Hadashah, Migdal-gad,Dilean, Mizpeh, Joktheel,Lachish, Bozkath, Eglon,Cabbon, Lahmam, Chitlish,Gederoth, Beth-dagon, Naamah, and Makkedah: sixteen cities with their villages.Libnah, Ether, Ashan,Iphtah, Ashnah, Nezib,Keilah, Achzib, and Mareshah: nine cities with their villages.Ekron, with its towns and its villages;from Ekron to the sea, all that were by the side of Ashdod, with their villages.Ashdod, its towns and its villages; Gaza, its towns and its villages; to the Brook of Egypt, and the Great Sea with its coastline.And in the hill country, Shamir, Jattir, Socoh,Dannah, Kiriath-sannah( that is, Debir),Anab, Eshtemoh, Anim,Goshen, Holon, and Giloh: eleven cities with their villages.Arab, Dumah, Eshan,Janim, Beth-tappuah, Aphekah,Humtah, Kiriath-arba( that is, Hebron), and Zior: nine cities with their villages.Maon, Carmel, Ziph, Juttah,Jezreel, Jokdeam, Zanoah,Kain, Gibeah, and Timnah: ten cities with their villages.Halhul, Beth-zur, Gedor,Maarath, Beth-anoth, and Eltekon: six cities with their villages.Kiriath-baal( that is, Kiriath-jearim), and Rabbah: two cities with their villages.In the wilderness, Beth-arabah, Middin, Secacah,Nibshan, the City of Salt, and Engedi: six cities with their villages.But the Jebusites, the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the people of Judah could not drive out, so the Jebusites dwell with the people of Judah at Jerusalem to this day.

and from Jesus Christ the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of kings on earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.Once you were not a people, but now you are God’s people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.

Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name.

And they sang responsively, praising and giving thanks to the Lord,“ For he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever toward Israel.” And all the people shouted with a great shout when they praised the Lord, because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid.

you yourselves like living stones are being built up as a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

They set the altar in its place, for fear was on them because of the peoples of the lands, and they offered burnt offerings on it to the Lord, burnt offerings morning and evening.And they kept the Feast of Booths, as it is written, and offered the daily burnt offerings by number according to the rule, as each day required,and after that the regular burnt offerings, the offerings at the new moon and at all the appointed feasts of the Lord, and the offerings of everyone who made a freewill offering to the Lord.From the first day of the seventh month they began to offer burnt offerings to the Lord. But the foundation of the temple of the Lord was not yet laid.
