The LORD says,‘ You must make sure to obey me. You must not bring any loads through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day. You must set the Sabbath day apart to me. You must not do any work on that day.

耶和华说：“你们若留意听从我，在安息日不担什么担子进入这城的各门，只以安息日为圣日，在那日无论何工都不做；

“你们若留意听从我，在安息日不挑什么担子进入这城的各门，只以安息日为圣日，在那日不做任何工作，这是耶和华说的，

“你们若留意听从我，在安息日不挑什么担子进入这城的各门，只以安息日为圣日，在那日不做任何工作，这是耶和华说的，

“‘耶和华说，你们要留心听我的话，在安息日不可运货物进耶路撒冷的城门，不可做任何工作，要守安息日为圣日。

耶和华宣告说：“但如果你们真心听从我，不在安息日挑担子进入这城的城门，并且守安息日为圣日，在那日不作任何工作；

耶和華說：「你們若留意聽從我，在安息日不擔甚麼擔子進入這城的各門，只以安息日為聖日，在那日無論何工都不做；

「『耶和華說，你們要留心聽我的話，在安息日不可運貨物進耶路撒冷的城門，不可做任何工作，要守安息日為聖日。

耶和華宣告說：“但如果你們真心聽從我，不在安息日挑擔子進入這城的城門，並且守安息日為聖日，在那日不作任何工作；

『但你們若留心聽從我——永恆主發神諭說——不在安息之日挑甚麼擔子進入這城的門，只以安息之日為聖日，在那日不作甚麼工，

耶和華曰、如爾諦聽我言、安息日、不荷擔入邑門、以安息日為聖、亦不操作、

耶和華又曰、如爾恪聽予言、於安息日不負荷入此邑門、乃以安息日為聖日、亦不操作、

主又曰、如爾聽從我、安息日不負荷入此邑門、守安息日為聖日、而不操作、

But if you are careful to obey me, declares the Lord, and bring no load through the gates of this city on the Sabbath, but keep the Sabbath day holy by not doing any work on it,

Be careful to obey me,” announces the Lord.“ Do not bring a load through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day. Instead, keep the Sabbath day holy. Do not do any work on it.

“‘ But if you listen to me, declares the Lord, and bring in no burden by the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but keep the Sabbath day holy and do no work on it,

“‘ But if you obey me, says the Lord, and do not carry on your trade at the gates or work on the Sabbath day, and if you keep it holy,

“‘ However, if you listen to me— this is the LORD’s declaration— and do not bring loads through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but keep the Sabbath day holy and do no work on it,

“ But it will come about, if you give your attention to Me,” declares the Lord,“ to bring no load in through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but to keep the Sabbath day holy by doing no work on it,

“ And it shall be, if you heed Me carefully,” says the Lord,“ to bring no burden through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but hallow the Sabbath day, to do no work in it,

And it shall come to pass, if ye diligently hearken unto me, saith Jehovah, to bring in no burden through the gates of this city on the sabbath day, but to hallow the sabbath day, to do no work therein;

“ However, if you listen to Me, says the Lord, and do not bring loads through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day and consecrate the Sabbath day and do no work on it,

And it shall come to pass, if ye diligently hearken unto me, saith the LORD, to bring in no burden through the gates of this city on the sabbath day, but hallow the sabbath day, to do no work therein;

It will happen, if you diligently listen to me,” says Yahweh,“ to bring in no burden through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but to make the Sabbath day holy, to do no work therein;

The LORD says,‘ Be very careful if you value your lives! Do not carry any loads in through the gates of Jerusalem on the Sabbath day.Do not carry any loads out of your houses or do any work on the Sabbath day. But observe the Sabbath day as a day set apart to the LORD, as I commanded your ancestors.

Now, if you pay close attention to my commandments that I am giving you today and love the LORD your God and serve him with all your mind and being,

He said,“ If you will diligently obey the LORD your God, and do what is right in his sight, and pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, then all the diseases that I brought on the Egyptians I will not bring on you, for I, the LORD, am your healer.”

For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith excellence, to excellence, knowledge;to knowledge, self- control; to self- control, perseverance; to perseverance, godliness;to godliness, brotherly affection; to brotherly affection, unselfish love.For if these things are really yours and are continually increasing, they will keep you from becoming ineffective and unproductive in your pursuit of knowing our Lord Jesus Christ more intimately.But concerning the one who lacks such things– he is blind. That is to say, he is nearsighted, since he has forgotten about the cleansing of his past sins.Therefore, brothers and sisters, make every effort to be sure of your calling and election. For by doing this you will never stumble into sin.

Why pay money for something that will not nourish you? Why spend your hard-earned money on something that will not satisfy? Listen carefully to me and eat what is nourishing! Enjoy fine food!

You must observe the Sabbath rather than doing anything you please on my holy day. You must look forward to the Sabbath and treat the LORD’s holy day with respect. You must treat it with respect by refraining from your normal activities, and by refraining from your selfish pursuits and from making business deals.Then you will find joy in your relationship to the LORD, and I will give you great prosperity, and cause crops to grow on the land I gave to your ancestor Jacob.” Know for certain that the LORD has spoken.

When he sees chariots, teams of horses, riders on donkeys, riders on camels, he must be alert, very alert.”

For if you carefully observe all of these commandments I am giving you and love the LORD your God, live according to his standards, and remain loyal to him,

Then those who are far away will come and build the temple of the LORD so that you may know that the LORD who rules over all has sent me to you. This will all come to pass if you completely obey the voice of the LORD your God.”’”
