“‘耶和华说，你们要留心听我的话，在安息日不可运货物进耶路撒冷的城门，不可做任何工作，要守安息日为圣日。

耶和华说：“你们若留意听从我，在安息日不担什么担子进入这城的各门，只以安息日为圣日，在那日无论何工都不做；

耶和华宣告说：“但如果你们真心听从我，不在安息日挑担子进入这城的城门，并且守安息日为圣日，在那日不作任何工作；

耶和華曰、如爾諦聽我言、安息日、不荷擔入邑門、以安息日為聖、亦不操作、

耶和華又曰、如爾恪聽予言、於安息日不負荷入此邑門、乃以安息日為聖日、亦不操作、

主又曰、如爾聽從我、安息日不負荷入此邑門、守安息日為聖日、而不操作、

But if you are careful to obey me, declares the Lord, and bring no load through the gates of this city on the Sabbath, but keep the Sabbath day holy by not doing any work on it,

“‘ But if you listen to me, declares the Lord, and bring in no burden by the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but keep the Sabbath day holy and do no work on it,

“‘ But if you obey me, says the Lord, and do not carry on your trade at the gates or work on the Sabbath day, and if you keep it holy,

“‘ However, if you listen to me— this is the LORD’s declaration— and do not bring loads through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but keep the Sabbath day holy and do no work on it,

“ But it will come about, if you give your attention to Me,” declares the Lord,“ to bring no load in through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but to keep the Sabbath day holy by doing no work on it,

“ And it shall be, if you heed Me carefully,” says the Lord,“ to bring no burden through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but hallow the Sabbath day, to do no work in it,

And it shall come to pass, if ye diligently hearken unto me, saith Jehovah, to bring in no burden through the gates of this city on the sabbath day, but to hallow the sabbath day, to do no work therein;

“ However, if you listen to Me, says the Lord, and do not bring loads through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day and consecrate the Sabbath day and do no work on it,

And it shall come to pass, if ye diligently hearken unto me, saith the LORD, to bring in no burden through the gates of this city on the sabbath day, but hallow the sabbath day, to do no work therein;

The LORD says,‘ You must make sure to obey me. You must not bring any loads through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day. You must set the Sabbath day apart to me. You must not do any work on that day.

It will happen, if you diligently listen to me,” says Yahweh,“ to bring in no burden through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but to make the Sabbath day holy, to do no work therein;

耶和华说，如果你们想保住性命，就要小心，不要在安息日带货物进耶路撒冷的城门，也不要从家中运出货物，不要在安息日做任何工作。要按照我对你们祖先的吩咐守安息日为圣日。

“如果你们谨遵我今天吩咐你们的诫命，全心全意地爱你们的上帝耶和华，事奉祂，

说：“你们若留心听你们上帝耶和华的话，做我视为正的事，遵守我所订下的律例，我就不把降在埃及的疾病加在你们身上，因为我耶和华是医治你们的上帝。”

正因如此，你们要加倍努力，不仅要有信心，还要有好的德行；不仅要有好的德行，还要有知识；不仅要有知识，还要有节制；不仅要有节制，还要有忍耐；不仅要有忍耐，还要有敬虔；不仅要有敬虔，还要有爱弟兄姊妹的心；不仅要有爱弟兄姊妹的心，还要有爱众人的心。如果充分具备了这些品德，你们对我们主耶稣基督的认识就不会停滞不前，毫无收获。缺乏上述品德的人不是瞎眼就是目光短浅，忘记他从前的罪已经得到洁净。所以，弟兄姊妹，你们要更加努力，以确定自己蒙了呼召和拣选。这样，你们就绝不会失足犯罪，

你们为什么花钱买不能充饥的食物？为什么拿辛苦赚来的钱买不能令人饱足的东西？要留心听我的话，就可以吃美物，享受丰盛的佳肴。

“‘如果你们遵守安息日，在我的圣日不做私事，以安息日为乐，尊崇我的圣日，不随意而行，不妄自说话，就必以耶和华为乐，耶和华必使你们在地上受尊崇，并享用你们先祖雅各的产业。’”这是耶和华亲口说的。

他看到战车、一对对的骑兵、驴队和骆驼队的时候，要提高警惕，密切察看。”

如果你们谨遵我吩咐你们的这一切诫命——爱你们的上帝耶和华，遵行祂的旨意，依靠祂，

远方的人也要来建造耶和华的殿。那时你们便知道是万军之耶和华差遣我到你们这里来的。你们若全心遵从你们上帝耶和华的话，这事就必成就。
