我民女受傷、我因之受傷、我乃哀慟、中懷驚駭、

未死之人俱生痔、舉邑哀號、聲聞於天、

故耶和華曰、我必降災於彼、不能避之、彼呼籲我、我不垂聽、

萬軍之耶和華曰、我呼之、而彼不聽、彼呼我、我亦不聽、

今其容黑於炭、街市無人識之兮、其膚貼骨、枯槁如柴兮、戮於刃者、較死於飢者猶幸兮、因乏田間之產、日漸衰弱、如被刺兮、

其門陷於地中、其楗折毀兮、君王牧伯、旅於無律之列邦兮、維彼先知、不得耶和華之啟示兮、

爾使軍旅忽臨之、哭聲聞於其室、蓋彼掘阱以陷我躬、設網以絆我足、

明日斯時、我遣便雅憫地之人就爾、爾必膏之、立為我民以色列之長、拯我民於非利士人手、蓋我民之呼籲達於我前、我垂顧之、

此地愁慘頹敗、利巴嫩慚怍枯槁、沙崙成為荒野、巴珊迦密、林木凋殘、

田畝荒蕪、土地愁慘、蓋五穀已毀、新酒已罄、新油已匱、

夫萬軍耶和華之葡萄園、即以色列家、其所悅之樹、乃猶大人也、冀其公、反見暴虐、冀其義、反有哀號、○

地悲哀而衰殘、世頹敗而落寞、民中位高者亦頹敗、

斯土悲哀、四境草木枯槁、伊於胡底、因其居民行惡、禽獸盡滅、眾猶自謂、我之終局、彼必不及見之、○

我心為摩押而悲哀、其顯者逃往瑣珥、遁至伊基拉施利施亞、登魯希阪而哭泣、在何羅念路、因敗亡而舉哀、

致令貧乏者之哀求、達於其前、受虐者之呼籲、為其所聞、

我膚因飢發炎、其熱如爐兮、

上帝聞其呻吟、遂追憶與亞伯拉罕以撒雅各所立之約、

新釀悲哀、葡萄衰殘、心懽愉者、無不慨歎、

因是大地哀號、諸天幽暗、蓋我言之定之、不回厥志、亦不轉而置之、

故斯士愁慘、居民野獸、飛鳥衰殘、海魚被取、

諸民見之、慘怛變色、
