Thus saith the LORD unto me, Go and get thee a linen girdle, and put it upon thy loins, and put it not in water.

耶和华对我如此说：“你去买一根麻布带子束腰，不可放在水中。”

耶和华对我说：“你去买一条麻布腰带束在腰间，不可让它沾水。”

耶和华这样对我说：“你去为自己买一根麻布腰带，束在腰上，但不要把它放在水中。”

耶和華對我如此說：「你去買一根麻布帶子束腰，不可放在水中。」

耶和華對我如此說：「你去買一條麻布帶子，束在你腰上，不可把它泡在水裏。」

耶和華對我如此說：「你去買一條麻布帶子，束在你腰上，不可把它泡在水裏。」

耶和華對我說：「你去買一條麻布腰帶束在腰間，不可讓它沾水。」

耶和華這樣對我說：“你去為自己買一根麻布腰帶，束在腰上，但不要把它放在水中。”

永恆主對我這麼說：『你去買一件麻布圍腰服束腰，不要放在水中。』

耶和華諭我曰、往購麻帶、束於爾腰、毋置於水、

耶和華謂我曰、當取麻帶、勿浸於水、以束於腰、

主如是諭我曰、爾購麻帶、勿浸於水、以束於腰、

This is what the Lord said to me:“ Go and buy a linen belt and put it around your waist, but do not let it touch water.”

The Lord said to me,“ Go and buy a linen belt. Put it around your waist. But do not let it get wet.”

Thus says the Lord to me,“ Go and buy a linen loincloth and put it around your waist, and do not dip it in water.”

This is what the Lord said to me:“ Go and buy a linen loincloth and put it on, but do not wash it.”

This is what the LORD said to me:“ Go and buy yourself a linen undergarment and put it on. But do not put it in water.”

This is what the Lord said to me:“ Go and buy yourself a linen undergarment and put it around your waist, but do not put it in water.”

Thus the Lord said to me:“ Go and get yourself a linen sash, and put it around your waist, but do not put it in water.”

Thus saith Jehovah unto me, Go, and buy thee a linen girdle, and put it upon thy loins, and put it not in water.

This is what the Lord said to me:“ Go and buy yourself a linen undergarment and put it on, but do not put it in water.”

The LORD said to me,“ Go and buy some linen shorts and put them on. Do not put them in water.”

Yahweh said to me,“ Go, and buy yourself a linen belt, and put it on your waist, and don’t put it in water.”

God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,

For as the girdle cleaveth to the loins of a man, so have I caused to cleave unto me the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah, saith the LORD; that they might be unto me for a people, and for a name, and for a praise, and for a glory: but they would not hear.

Thou also, son of man, take thee a tile, and lay it before thee, and pourtray upon it the city,[ even] Jerusalem:And lay siege against it, and build a fort against it, and cast a mount against it; set the camp also against it, and set[ battering] rams against it round about.Moreover take thou unto thee an iron pan, and set it[ for] a wall of iron between thee and the city: and set thy face against it, and it shall be besieged, and thou shalt lay siege against it. This[ shall be] a sign to the house of Israel.Lie thou also upon thy left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it:[ according] to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon it thou shalt bear their iniquity.For I have laid upon thee the years of their iniquity, according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days: so shalt thou bear the iniquity of the house of Israel.

Thus saith the LORD to me; Make thee bonds and yokes, and put them upon thy neck,

Thus saith the LORD, Go and get a potter’s earthen bottle, and[ take] of the ancients of the people, and of the ancients of the priests;
