人居斯土、作惡無厭、自謂上帝不加彰癉、故邦國愁慘。土產槁枯、禽獸死亡、伊於何底。

斯地哀慘、田野之草枯槁、將至何時、緣斯地居民之惡、走獸飛禽盡滅、彼猶自言曰、我終局若何、彼耶利米必不得見、

How long will the land lie parched and the grass in every field be withered? Because those who live in it are wicked, the animals and birds have perished. Moreover, the people are saying,“ He will not see what happens to us.”

How long will the land be thirsty for water? How long will the grass in every field be dry? The people who live in the land are evil. So the animals and birds have died. And that’s not all. The people are saying,“ The Lord won’t see what happens to us.”

How long will the land mourn and the grass of every field wither? For the evil of those who dwell in it the beasts and the birds are swept away, because they said,“ He will not see our latter end.”

How long must this land mourn? Even the grass in the fields has withered. The wild animals and birds have disappeared because of the evil in the land. For the people have said,“ The Lord doesn’t see what’s ahead for us!”

How long will the land mourn and the grass of every field wither? Because of the evil of its residents, animals and birds have been swept away, for the people have said,“ He cannot see what our end will be.”

How long is the land to mourn, And the vegetation of the countryside to dry up? Due to the wickedness of those who live in it, Animals and birds have been snatched away, Because people have said,“ He will not see our final end.”

How long will the land mourn, And the herbs of every field wither? The beasts and birds are consumed, For the wickedness of those who dwell there, Because they said,“ He will not see our final end.”

How long shall the land mourn, and the herbs of the whole country wither? for the wickedness of them that dwell therein, the beasts are consumed, and the birds; because they said, He shall not see our latter end.

How long will the land mourn and the grass of every field wither? Because of the evil of its residents, animals and birds have been swept away, for the people have said,“ He cannot see what our end will be.”

我為山嶽哭泣號咷、為曠野之草場悲哀、因其焚燬、無人經之、不聞牲畜之聲、飛禽走獸、俱已逃亡、

復觀四境無人、空中飛鳥悉去、

故斯士愁慘、居民野獸、飛鳥衰殘、海魚被取、

我知凡受造者、至今共歎劬勞、

斯土充斥淫人、因受詛而愁慘、野間草場枯槁、其人所行乃惡、其勢不正、

沃壤為鹵地、皆因居民之罪兮、

故主耶和華曰、我必傾我忿怒於斯土、在其人民牲畜、田木土產、如火之烈、焚燬不熄、○

先知傳虛偽、祭司藉以操權、我民咸以為悅、至終爾將若之何、

田畝荒蕪、土地愁慘、蓋五穀已毀、新酒已罄、新油已匱、農夫歟、爾其慚怍、治葡萄者歟、爾其號咷、因麰麥小麥皆無、田穡俱敗也、葡萄樹枯槁、無花果衰殘、石榴椶樹㰋果、田間諸木、無不憔悴、人之喜樂、變為羞愧、祭司歟、爾其束麻而哀哭、奉事於壇者歟、爾其號咷、供役於我上帝者歟、其來衣麻、終夜而臥、蓋素祭灌祭、不得入爾上帝室也、當定禁食之日、宣告肅會、召集長老、及居斯土之眾、入爾上帝耶和華室、呼籲耶和華、哀哉其日、耶和華之日伊邇、必如殲滅自全能者而來、糈糧豈非絕於我目前乎、欣喜歡樂、豈非絕於我上帝室乎、穀種枯於鋤下、倉虛廩毀、禾稼憔悴、

無花果雖不舒蕊、葡萄樹雖不結實、橄欖無所產、田畝不出糧、牢中絕羊、闌內無牛、

先知為風、道不在於其中、彼之所言、必及己身、

此爾所行、而我緘默、遂意我與爾同、其實我必責爾、列斯事於爾前兮、

因是大地哀號、諸天幽暗、蓋我言之定之、不回厥志、亦不轉而置之、

爾人子歟、主耶和華對以色列地云、惟此末期、即斯土四境之末期已屆、末期至爾、我必加怒於爾、循爾行徑鞫爾、報爾所有可惡之事、我目不顧惜爾、不加矜憫、我必報爾所行、使爾可惡之事顯於爾中、則知我乃耶和華、○主耶和華曰、有禍將至、祗此而已、末期既屆、末期既屆、醒而攻爾、今已至矣、斯土居民乎、為爾所定之報臨爾、其時已屆、其日伊邇、乃喧譁之日、非山上歡呼之日也、我今速傾我怒於爾、盡洩我忿、循爾行徑鞫爾、報爾所有可惡之事、我目不顧惜爾、不加矜憫、我必報爾所行、使爾可惡之事顯於爾中、則知擊爾者、乃我耶和華、試觀其日已屆、為爾所定之報至矣、杖已舒蕊、驕傲已萌芽矣、殘暴興起、成為罰惡之杖、彼之羣眾貨財、蕩然無存、無人為之哀哭、期已至、日伊邇、震怒及於斯眾、購者勿喜、售者勿憂、售者雖尚生存、亦不復返而得所售、蓋啟示乃指眾而言、無得返者、行惡之人、不能自保生命、

曰、猶大悲哀、邑門衰敗、眾衣墨絰、而坐於地、耶路撒冷號咷、升聞於上、
