俾踐與爾列祖所誓之言、錫彼流乳與蜜之地、有如今日、我對曰、耶和華歟、誠所願也、○

我與爾祖誓、錫以產乳與蜜之地、必踐前言、今日之事為徵、如爾不從斯約之言、禍必不遠。耶利米曰、耶和華與、余敢不惟命是行。

我與爾祖立誓、賜以流乳與蜜之地、我踐其言、今日之事為證、我耶利米答曰、主歟、我願如是、

Then I will fulfill the oath I swore to your ancestors, to give them a land flowing with milk and honey’— the land you possess today.” I answered,“ Amen, Lord.”

I raised my hand and made a promise to your people of long ago. I promised them I would give them a land that had plenty of milk and honey.’ It is the land you own today. I kept my promise.” I replied,“ Amen, Lord.”

that I may confirm the oath that I swore to your fathers, to give them a land flowing with milk and honey, as at this day.” Then I answered,“ So be it, Lord.”

I said this so I could keep my promise to your ancestors to give you a land flowing with milk and honey— the land you live in today.’” Then I replied,“ Amen, Lord! May it be so.”

and Jeremiah the prophet said,“ Amen! May the Lord do so; may the Lord fulfill your words which you have prophesied, to bring back the vessels of the Lord’s house and all the exiles, from Babylon to this place.

The covenant which He made with Abraham, And His oath to Isaac.Then He confirmed it to Jacob as a statute, To Israel as an everlasting covenant,Saying,“ To you I will give the land of Canaan As the portion of your inheritance,”

“ Then it shall come about, because you listen to these judgments and keep and do them, that the Lord your God will keep His covenant with you and His faithfulness which He swore to your forefathers.And He will love you, bless you, and make you numerous; He will also bless the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your ground, your grain, your new wine, and your oil, the newborn of your cattle and the offspring of your flock, in the land which He swore to your forefathers to give you.

Now Israel, you shall listen and be careful to do them, so that it may go well for you and that you may increase greatly, just as the Lord, the God of your fathers, has promised you, in a land flowing with milk and honey.

Live for a time in this land and I will be with you and bless you, for to you and to your descendants I will give all these lands, and I will establish the oath which I swore to your father Abraham.I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven, and will give your descendants all these lands; and by your descendants all the nations of the earth shall be blessed,because Abraham obeyed Me and fulfilled his duty to Me, and kept My commandments, My statutes, and My laws.”

And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil.’

‘ Cursed is the person who makes a carved image or cast metal image, an abomination to the Lord, the work of the hands of a craftsman, and sets it up in secret.’ And all the people shall reply and say,‘ Amen.’‘ Cursed is one who treats his father or mother contemptuously.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’‘ Cursed is one who displaces his neighbor’s boundary marker.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’‘ Cursed is one who misleads a person who is blind on the road.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’‘ Cursed is one who distorts the justice due a stranger, an orphan, or a widow.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’‘ Cursed is he who sleeps with his father’s wife, because he has uncovered his father’s garment.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’‘ Cursed is one who has sexual intercourse with any animal.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’‘ Cursed is he who sleeps with his sister, the daughter of his father or of his mother.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’‘ Cursed is he who sleeps with his mother in law.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’‘ Cursed is he who attacks his neighbor in secret.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’‘ Cursed is he who accepts a bribe to attack an innocent person.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’‘ Cursed is anyone who does not fulfill the words of this Law by doing them.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’

For otherwise, if you bless God in the spirit only, how will the one who occupies the place of the outsider know to say the“ Amen” at your giving of thanks, since he does not understand what you are saying?

And it shall be when the Lord brings you to the land of the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Amorite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite, which He swore to your fathers to give you, a land flowing with milk and honey, that you shall perform this rite in this month.

So I have come down to rescue them from the power of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and spacious land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Amorite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite.And now, behold, the cry of the sons of Israel has come to Me; furthermore, I have seen the oppression with which the Egyptians are oppressing them.And now come, and I will send you to Pharaoh, so that you may bring My people, the sons of Israel, out of Egypt.”But Moses said to God,“ Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the sons of Israel out of Egypt?”And He said,“ Assuredly I will be with you, and this shall be the sign to you that it is I who have sent you: when you have brought the people out of Egypt, you shall worship God at this mountain.”Then Moses said to God,“ Behold, I am going to the sons of Israel, and I will say to them,‘ The God of your fathers has sent me to you.’ Now they may say to me,‘ What is His name?’ What shall I say to them?”And God said to Moses,“ I AM WHO I AM”; and He said,“ This is what you shall say to the sons of Israel:‘ I AM has sent me to you.’ ”God furthermore said to Moses,“ This is what you shall say to the sons of Israel:‘ The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is My name forever, and this is the name for all generations to use to call upon Me.Go and gather the elders of Israel together and say to them,‘ The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob has appeared to me, saying,“ I am indeed concerned about you and what has been done to you in Egypt.So I said, I will bring you up out of the oppression of Egypt to the land of the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Amorite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite, to a land flowing with milk and honey.” ’

and said,“ By Myself I have sworn, declares the Lord, because you have done this thing and have not withheld your son, your only son,indeed I will greatly bless you, and I will greatly multiply your seed as the stars of the heavens and as the sand, which is on the seashore; and your seed shall possess the gate of their enemies.And in your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice.”

So I have said to you,“ You are to take possession of their land, and I Myself will give it to you to possess, a land flowing with milk and honey.” I am the Lord your God, who has singled you out from the peoples.
