車盈爾之美谷、騎士列於邑門、

風聲傳至、大亂來自北方、將使猶大諸邑荒蕪、為野犬之居所、

故我傾怒洩忿於猶大諸邑、及耶路撒冷街衢、如火之焚、使之荒寂、有如今日、

耶和華曰、我必命之復返是邑、攻而取之、焚之以火、我亦必使猶大諸邑荒蕪、無人居處、

將有聲聞於地極、蓋耶和華與列邦爭、必鞫凡有血氣者、至於惡人、付之鋒刃、耶和華言之矣、○萬軍之耶和華曰、災害必自此國、至於彼國、狂風起於地極、

如彼不欲自爾手取杯飲之、則當告之曰、萬軍之耶和華云、爾必飲之、

耶和華曰、有一族自北方而來、有大國自地極而興、

耶和華曰、爾言斯土荒蕪、人畜俱泯、然在猶大諸邑、暨耶路撒冷街衢、無居民、無人畜之處、

其傾爾怒於不識爾之異邦、及不籲爾名之諸族、蓋彼吞噬雅各、而殲滅之、令其居所荒蕪、

敵在郇玷諸婦、在猶大諸邑污眾女兮、

耶和華必使遠民、如鷹之飛、來自地極、以攻擊爾、其言爾不之識、其容強悍、不顧耆老、不恤幼穉、爾畜所生、爾土所產、俱為所食、迨爾滅亡、爾穀與酒及油、牛羣之犢、羊羣之羔、取之無遺、迨爾滅亡、爾上帝耶和華所賜爾之全地、其中諸邑、城垣高固、爾所恃也、敵必困爾於中、迨其傾圮、被圍之時、受敵窘迫、至食子女之肉、爾上帝耶和華所賜者、

耶和華曰、以色列家歟、遠方有國、既強且古、爾曹不識其方言、不明其所語、我必導之攻爾、
