Deborah sent for Barak. He was the son of Abinoam. Barak was from Kedesh in the land of Naphtali. Deborah said to Barak,“ The Lord, the God of Israel, is giving you a command. He says,‘ Go! Take 10,000 men from the tribes of Naphtali and Zebulun with you. Then lead them up to Mount Tabor.

She sent and summoned Barak the son of Abinoam from Kedesh-naphtali and said to him,“ Has not the Lord, the God of Israel, commanded you,‘ Go, gather your men at Mount Tabor, taking 10,000 from the people of Naphtali and the people of Zebulun.

One day she sent for Barak son of Abinoam, who lived in Kedesh in the land of Naphtali. She said to him,“ This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, commands you: Call out 10,000 warriors from the tribes of Naphtali and Zebulun at Mount Tabor.

She summoned Barak son of Abinoam from Kedesh in Naphtali and said to him,“ Hasn’t the LORD, the God of Israel, commanded you,‘ Go, deploy the troops on Mount Tabor, and take with you ten thousand men from the Naphtalites and Zebulunites?

Now she sent word and summoned Barak the son of Abinoam from Kedesh naphtali, and said to him,“ The Lord, the God of Israel, has indeed commanded,‘ Go and march to Mount Tabor, and take with you ten thousand men from the sons of Naphtali and from the sons of Zebulun.

Then she sent and called for Barak the son of Abinoam from Kedesh in Naphtali, and said to him,“ Has not the Lord God of Israel commanded,‘ Go and deploy troops at Mount Tabor; take with you ten thousand men of the sons of Naphtali and of the sons of Zebulun;

And she sent and called Barak the son of Abinoam out of Kedesh- naphtali, and said unto him, Hath not Jehovah, the God of Israel, commanded, saying, Go and draw unto mount Tabor, and take with thee ten thousand men of the children of Naphtali and of the children of Zebulun?

She sent and called Barak the son of Abinoam out of Kedesh Naphtali, and said to him,“ Hasn’t Yahweh, the God of Israel, commanded,‘ Go and lead the way to Mount Tabor, and take with you ten thousand men of the children of Naphtali and of the children of Zebulun?

我還要再說甚麼呢？如果再要述說基甸、巴拉、參孫、耶弗他、大衛、撒母耳和眾先知的事，時間就不夠了。

基甸問西巴和撒慕拿：“你們在他泊山上所殺的人，是甚麼模樣的人？”他們回答：“他們像你一樣，每一個都像王子的模樣。”

因為主曾這樣吩咐我們說：‘我已立你作外族人的光，使你把救恩帶到地極去。’”

我不是吩咐過你要堅強勇敢嗎？所以，你不要懼怕，也不要驚慌；因為你無論到哪裡去，耶和華你的神必與你同在。”

那一天，底波拉和亞比挪菴的兒子巴拉唱起歌來說：

祭司啊，你們要聽這話！以色列家啊，你們要留心聽！王的家啊，你們要側耳而聽！因為審判必臨到你們，因你們曾是米斯巴地的捕鳥機，是他泊山上張開的網羅。

他們出自以法蓮，他們的根在亞瑪力人之地；有便雅憫在你的族人中跟隨你，有官長從瑪吉下來；有持著數點民數（“數點民數”意思不明確，或譯﹕“經學家”或“指揮官”）之權杖的，從西布倫出來。以薩迦的領袖與底波拉在一起；以薩迦怎樣，巴拉也怎樣；他們都步行下到山谷去。在流本的眾溪旁，有心懷大志的。你為甚麼坐在羊圈之中，聽呼喚群畜的笛聲呢？在流本的眾溪旁，有心懷大志的。基列人在約旦河東邊居住；但人為甚麼居留在船上呢？亞設人在海岸坐著，在港灣居住。西布倫人是敢死的民族；拿弗他利人在田野的高處，奮不顧身。

以色列人又從拿弗他利支派中，把誤殺人者的避難城，就是在加利利的基低斯和基低斯的郊野，給了他們；又給他們哈末．多珥和哈末．多珥的郊野，加珥但和加珥但的郊野，共三座城。

為拿弗他利人抽出第六籤，就是拿弗他利人按著家族所得的產業。

南北都是你創造的，他泊和黑門都因你的名歡呼。

耶和華啊！求你在怒中起來，求你挺身而起，抵擋我敵人的暴怒，求你為我興起；你已經出令施行審判。

你要從那裡再往前去，直到他泊的橡樹那裡，必遇見三個上伯特利去敬拜神的人，一個帶著三隻山羊羔，一個帶著三個餅，一個帶著一皮袋酒。

你要在光禿的山上豎起旗幟，向眾人揚聲揮手，叫他們進入權貴的門。我向我特選的軍兵下了命令；我也呼召了我的勇士，就是我那些驕傲自誇的人，去執行我在怒氣中所要作的。聽啊！山上有喧嘩的聲音，好像是眾多的人民；聽啊！有多國的人的嘈雜聲，好像是列國聚集在一起。萬軍之耶和華正在數點軍兵，預備打仗。他們從遠地而來，從天邊而來。就是耶和華和他惱怒的工具，要毀滅這全地。

巴拉就召集西布倫人和拿弗他利人到基低斯；與他一同步行上去的有一萬人，底波拉也與他一同上去。

名叫萬軍之耶和華的王宣告說：“我指著我的永生起誓，必有一位要來，像群山中的他泊山，像海邊的迦密山一樣。
