He replied,“ Out of the eater, something to eat; out of the strong, something sweet.” For three days they could not give the answer.

Samson replied,“ Out of the eater came something to eat. Out of the strong came something sweet.” For three days they couldn’t give him the answer.

And he said to them,“ Out of the eater came something to eat. Out of the strong came something sweet.” And in three days they could not solve the riddle.

So he said:“ Out of the one who eats came something to eat; out of the strong came something sweet.” Three days later they were still trying to figure it out.

So he said to them: Out of the eater came something to eat, and out of the strong came something sweet. After three days, they were unable to explain the riddle.

So he said to them,“ Out of the eater came something to eat, And out of the strong came something sweet.” But they could not tell the answer to the riddle in three days.

So he said to them:“ Out of the eater came something to eat, And out of the strong came something sweet.” Now for three days they could not explain the riddle.

And he said unto them, Out of the eater came forth food, And out of the strong came forth sweetness. And they could not in three days declare the riddle.

He said to them,“ Out of the eater came out food. Out of the strong came out sweetness.” They couldn’t in three days declare the riddle.

乌鸦每天早晚为他叼来饼和肉，他喝溪里的水。

我的弟兄姊妹，当你们遭遇各种磨炼的时候，都要认为是喜乐的事。要知道你们的信心经过考验会产生坚忍。你们要坚忍到底，使你们纯全、完备、毫无缺欠。

耶稣回答说：“天国的奥秘只让你们知道，不让他们知道。

但祂说：“我的恩典足够你用，因为我的能力在人的软弱上更显得全备。”所以，我更喜欢夸耀自己的软弱，好让基督的能力荫庇我。因此，为了基督的缘故，我欣然面对软弱、凌辱、迫害、艰难和困苦，因为我软弱的时候也正是我刚强的时候。

然而，祂被压伤、受痛苦是耶和华的旨意；祂的性命作了赎罪祭。祂必看见自己的后裔，祂必长久活着。耶和华的旨意必在祂手中实现。祂必看见自己劳苦的成果，并心满意足。耶和华说：“我公义的仆人必凭祂的知识使许多人被算为义人，祂要担当他们的罪恶。我要使祂与伟人同享尊荣，跟强者同分战利品，因为祂奉献了自己的生命。祂被列在罪犯中，却担当了许多人的罪，又为罪人代求。”

因为众儿女都是血肉之躯，所以祂也同样取了血肉之躯，为要亲身经历死亡，借此摧毁掌握死亡权势的魔鬼，释放那些因怕死而一生做奴隶的人。

弟兄姊妹，我希望你们知道，我的遭遇反而会使福音传得更广，连所有的皇家卫兵和其他众人都知道我是为了基督的缘故而受囚禁。大多数主内的弟兄姊妹看见我为主被囚，信心受到鼓舞，更加放胆无惧地传扬上帝的道。当然，有些人宣讲基督是出于嫉妒和争强好胜，也有些人是出于善意。后者是出于爱心，知道我是上帝派来维护福音的。前者传讲基督是出于个人野心，动机不纯，以为可以增加我在狱中的痛苦。那又怎样呢？无论他们传福音是真心还是假意，基督的福音毕竟传开了，因此我很欢喜，而且欢喜不已。因为我知道，借着你们的祷告和耶稣基督之灵的帮助，我终会得到释放。我殷切地期待和盼望：我不会感到任何羞愧，而是放胆无惧，不管是生是死，都要一如既往地使基督在我身上得到尊崇。

他说：“没有人为我解释，我怎能明白呢？”他就请腓利上车和他一起坐。

我们这短暂轻微的苦难正在为我们成就极大无比、永远的荣耀。

我们的生身父亲是按自己以为好的标准暂时管教我们，但上帝是为了我们的益处而管教我们，使我们可以在祂的圣洁上有份。被管教的滋味绝不好受，当时都很痛苦，但事后那些受过管教的人会收获公义和平安的果子。

然而，靠着爱我们的主，我们在这一切事上已经得胜有余了。

祂被钉在十字架上，亲身担当了我们的罪，使我们向着罪死了，可以过公义的生活。因祂所受的鞭伤，你们得到了医治。

我要使你和女人结仇，你的后代和女人的后代也要彼此为仇，女人的后代必伤你的头，你必伤他的脚跟。”

带领你们走过干旱、可怕、毒蛇和蝎子出没的大旷野。祂使坚硬的磐石流出水来给你们喝，在旷野中把你们祖先从未见过的吗哪赐给你们吃，为要磨炼你们、考验你们，使你们最终得到益处。

约沙法和他的百姓前去拾财物，发现尸体中有许多财物、衣服和贵重物品，多得拿不完。他们拾了三天才拾完。

智慧对愚人高不可及，他在城门口沉默不语。

有人禀告约沙法说：“有一支大军从死海对岸的以东杀来，已经攻到哈洗逊·他玛。”哈洗逊·他玛就是隐·基底。

不但如此，我们在苦难中也欢喜，因为知道苦难使人生忍耐，忍耐生品格，品格生盼望。这种盼望不会落空，因为上帝的爱借着所赐给我们的圣灵已倾注在我们心中。
