有火從永恆主面前出來，在祭壇上燒盡了燔祭和脂肪；眾民看見、就大聲歡呼，臉伏於地。

門徒聽見就俯伏在地上，極其畏懼。

就在那裏大衛就為永恆主築了一座祭壇，獻上燔祭和平安祭，呼求永恆主；永恆主就從天上降火在燔祭壇上應了他。

在牠們頭以上的穹蒼之上有寶座的形相，彷彿藍寶石的形狀；在寶座的形相以上、有人的形狀的樣式在上頭。

我卻聽見他說話的聲音；我一聽見他說話的聲音，就伏臉、昏昏沉睡——臉伏至地。

他是上帝榮耀所發的光輝，是上帝本質印出的相。他用他能力的話扶載萬有。既成就了潔淨罪的事，便坐在高天『皇威』的右邊。

他們正走着說話的時候，忽有火車火馬將二人分開，以利亞就乘着旋風升天去了。

亞伯蘭臉伏於地，上帝又告訴他說：

上帝上去，有歡呼聲跟着；永恆主上去，有號角聲隨着。
