女司亦宜莊重自愛、毋道人短、溫恭和平、謹事而信。

是故法非不美、誡非不聖也；固善且美矣。豈善且美者、適足以促予之死耶？無是理也！致死之因、惟罪而已。正惟其能使善且美者、轉成致死之具、此罪之所以為罪也。在誡命之明鑒中、罪之醜態畢露矣。

於此吾人更有何說？將謂法即罪乎？無是理也！法非罪、乃所以燭吾之罪耳。法若不曰「毋淫、」則吾將不知淫之為淫矣。

食者不得輕視不食者；不食者亦不得指摘食者。彼固天主之所容也；爾何人斯、乃敢指摘他氏之僕耶！彼之能立與否、惟對其主負責；矧其主固能使之立、詎見其終不立耶？

在天主前、徒聞法者、不足為義、惟行法者稱義。

若能以自由之妙法為鑑、凝神諦觀、念茲在茲、不惟聞道、且復實事求是、身體而力行之；則此人所行、必蒙見祐、無往而不樂矣。

年長婦女、舉止亦宜溫恭有禮、毋道人短、或沉湎於酒、務須循循善誘、

然道貴實踐、聞而不行、自欺而已。若是之人、猶如以鑑自照、
