They gnawed their tongues because of the pain,and they blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores. They didn’t repent of their works.

Then his wife said to him,“ Do you still maintain your integrity? Renounce God, and die.”

But stretch out your hand now, and touch all that he has, and he will renounce you to your face.”

Those who are killed with the sword are better than those who are killed with hunger; For these pine away, stricken through, for lack of the fruits of the field.The hands of the pitiful women have boiled their own children. They were their food in the destruction of the daughter of my people.

The rest of mankind, who were not killed with these plagues, didn’t repent of the works of their hands, that they wouldn’t worship demons, and the idols of gold, and of silver, and of brass, and of stone, and of wood; which can’t see, hear, or walk.They didn’t repent of their murders, their sorceries, their sexual immorality, or their thefts.
