彼必經歷斯地、經歷斯地或作飄流國中遭困苦、受饑餓、饑餓之時、必生忿怒、咒詛其君及其神、仰觀於上、俯視於地、隨在艱難黑暗、困苦晦冥、自覺見逐於陰晦之中、

Distressed and hungry, they will roam through the land; when they are famished, they will become enraged and, looking upward, will curse their king and their God.

They will suffer and be hungry. They’ll wander through the land. When they are very hungry, they will become angry. They’ll look up toward heaven. They’ll ask for bad things to happen to their king and their God.

They will pass through the land, greatly distressed and hungry. And when they are hungry, they will be enraged and will speak contemptuously against their king and their God, and turn their faces upward.

They will go from one place to another, weary and hungry. And because they are hungry, they will rage and curse their king and their God. They will look up to heaven

如果我出到田间，就看见那些被刀剑所杀的人；如果我走进城里，就看见因饥荒而来的各种疾病。连先知和祭司也流亡到他们素不认识的地方。’”

“不可咒骂神，也不可咒诅你人民的领袖。

因此，主必使大河又强又大的水临到他们，就是亚述王和他一切威荣，水必涨起来，高过所有的水道；水要泛滥，漫过所有的河岸；然后必冲入犹大，涨溢泛滥，直到颈项，以马内利啊！它展开的翅膀必遮遍你广阔的地土。”

四月九日，城里饥荒非常严重，甚至那地的人民都断了粮食。

你在仇敌围困和窘迫你的时候，要吃你身所生的，就是吃耶和华你的神赐给你的儿女的肉。你们中间温柔嫩弱的男人，必敌视自己的兄弟、怀中的妻子和余剩的儿女；甚至在你的仇敌围困和窘迫你在各城里的时候，他要吃自己儿女的肉，却不肯分给他们任何人，因为他没有什么剩下的。你们中间温柔娇嫩的妇人，素来因为温柔娇嫩不肯把脚掌踏在地上，现在必敌视自己怀中的丈夫和自己的儿女。她暗中把自己两腿之间出来的胞衣，和自己生的儿女吃掉，因为在你的仇敌围困和窘迫你在各城里的时候，她什么都没有了。

他和众长老还在说话的时候，看哪，王（“王”原文作“使者”）就下到他那里，说：“看哪，这灾祸是从耶和华来的，我为什么还仰望耶和华呢？”

你土地的出产和你劳碌得来的一切，都必被你不认识的民族吃尽；你必常常受压迫和压制；你因亲眼看见的，必要疯狂。

人被高热烧烤，就亵渎那有权柄掌管这些灾难的神的名，并不悔改，把荣耀归给他。第五位天使把碗倒在兽的座位上，兽的国就黑暗了。人因为痛苦就咬自己的舌头。他们又因为所受的痛苦和所生的疮，亵渎天上的神，并不为自己所作的悔改。

他妻子对他说：“难道你还要坚守自己的纯全吗？你不如放弃神，死掉算了。”

只要你伸手打击他所有的一切，他一定当面亵渎你。”

四月九日，城里饥荒非常严重，甚至那地的人民都断了粮食。

只要你伸手伤害他的骨和肉，他一定当面亵渎你。”

婴儿的舌头因干渴而紧贴上膛；孩童求饼，却没有人分给他们。那些从前吃美食的，现今都在街上孤单凄凉；那些从前在豪奢生活中长大的，现今却在垃圾堆中打滚。

那些死于刀下的比饿死的还好；饿死的因缺乏田间的出产，就日渐消瘦而死亡。慈心的妇人亲手烹煮自己所生的孩子；在我众民（“我众民”原文作“我子民的女子”）遭毁灭的时候，孩子竟成了母亲的食物。

其余没有在这些灾难中被杀的人，仍然不为他们手所作的悔改，还是去拜鬼魔和那些金、银、铜、石头、木头做的，不能看、不能听、也不能走路的偶像。他们也不为自己的凶杀、邪术、淫乱和偷盗悔改。
