耶和华说：“要修路，修路，铺平道路，清除我子民路上的障碍。”

听啊，有人高喊：“在旷野预备耶和华的道，在沙漠修直我们上帝的路。

修直脚下的路，使瘸腿的人不致扭伤脚，反得痊愈。

主耶和华说：“我必向列国招手，向万民竖立我的旗帜，他们必抱着你的儿子、背着你的女儿回来。

到那日，耶西的根必成为引导万民的旗帜，外族人都来寻求他，他的住处充满荣耀。

所以你们到街头巷尾，把所有见到的人都请来。’

世上的一切居民啊，山上竖立旗帜的时候，你们要看；号角吹响的时候，你们要听。

摩西在那里筑了一座坛，称之为耶和华尼西。

祂必向各国竖立旗帜，召集被掳的以色列人，把分散在世界各地的犹大人聚集起来。

离开吧，离开吧，离开巴比伦吧！不要碰不洁净的东西。你们抬耶和华器具的人啊，要从那里出来，要洁净自己。

祂剩余的子民必沿着大路从亚述归回，就像昔日以色列人离开埃及一样。

你们要离开巴比伦，从迦勒底人那里逃出来。你们要高声欢呼，向普天下传扬、宣告：“耶和华救赎了祂的仆人雅各！”

你的城门要一直敞开，昼夜不关，好让各国的君王带着他们的人民和财物列队前来向你朝贡。
