如果你们给饥饿的人食物，扶助困苦的人，你们的光必照亮黑暗，你们的黑夜必变成正午。

你心若向饥饿的人发怜悯，使困苦的人得满足，你的光就必在黑暗中发现；你的幽暗必变如正午。

向饥饿的人施怜悯，使困苦的人得满足；你在黑暗中就必得着光明，你的幽暗必变如正午。

爾若去人之軛、不指摘、不妄言、施仁慈於飢人、滿困苦者之欲、爾之輝光、必見於暗、爾之晦冥、必若日中之明、

如爾大發仁心、賑饑濟困、則爾之暗、可變為光、赫然若日方中。

向饑餓者發仁心、使困苦者得滿其志、則爾光必發於暗、爾暗必變如日午、

and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.

Work hard to feed hungry people. Satisfy the needs of those who are crushed. Then my blessing will light up your darkness. And the night of your suffering will become as bright as the noonday sun.

if you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in the darkness and your gloom be as the noonday.

Feed the hungry, and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon.

and if you offer yourself to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted one, then your light will shine in the darkness, and your night will be like noonday.

And if you offer yourself to the hungry And satisfy the need of the afflicted, Then your light will rise in darkness, And your gloom will become like midday.

If you extend your soul to the hungry And satisfy the afflicted soul, Then your light shall dawn in the darkness, And your darkness shall be as the noonday.

and if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul: then shall thy light rise in darkness, and thine obscurity be as the noonday;

and if you offer yourself to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted one, then your light will shine in the darkness, and your night will be like noonday.

And[ if] thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness[ be] as the noonday:

You must actively help the hungry and feed the oppressed. Then your light will dispel the darkness, and your darkness will be transformed into noonday.

and if you pour out your soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul, then your light will rise in darkness, and your obscurity will be as the noonday;

使你的公义如晨光照耀，你的仁义如日中天。

你的人生将比正午还光明，生命中的黑暗也必像黎明。

把你们的食物分给饥饿的人，接待无家可归的穷人，送衣服给赤身露体的人，不躲避求助的亲人。如果你们这样做，你们的光必如晨光照耀，你们的创伤必迅速痊愈，你们的公义必在前方为你们开路，耶和华的荣耀必在后面保护你们。

有人乐善好施，反倒越来越富；有人一毛不拔，反而越来越穷。慷慨好施的必得昌盛，恩待他人的必蒙恩待。

“在进入你们的上帝耶和华将要赐给你们的土地后，如果你们居住的城中有贫穷的同胞，你们不可硬着心肠拒施援手。他们所需要的，你们要慷慨地借给他们。你们要谨慎，不可因为免除债务的第七年将近，就心怀恶念，对贫穷同胞冷眼相待，拒施援手。否则，他会求告耶和华，那时你们便有罪了。你们要慷慨给予，并且无怨无悔，因为耶和华必在你们所做的一切事上赐福给你们。

我要带领瞎子走他们不认识的路，引导他们走陌生的道。我要把他们面前的黑暗变为光明，坎坷之地变得平坦。我必行这些事，我必不离弃他们。

欺压穷人等于侮辱造物主，怜悯贫弱就是尊敬造物主。

那时，聋子必听见那书卷上的话，黑暗中的瞎子必能看见。

慷慨借贷，行事公正的人必亨通。他必永不动摇，义人必永远蒙眷顾。他不怕恶讯，他坚定地信靠耶和华。他心里镇定自若，毫不害怕，他终必战胜仇敌。他慷慨施舍，周济穷人；他的仁义永远长存；他必充满力量，得享尊荣。

周济穷人的一无所缺，视而不见的多受咒诅。

耶稣听了就对他说：“你还有一件事没有做，就是变卖你所有的产业，分给穷人，你必有财宝存在天上，然后你还要来跟从我。”

善待穷人的有福了！耶和华必救他们脱离困境。
