照樣，他們如今也不肯信從，為要藉著你們所蒙的憐憫，讓他們現在也可以蒙憐憫，因為神把所有的人都圈在不信從之中，是為了要憐憫所有的人。哦，深奧啊！神的智慧和知識的財富！他的判斷是多麼地無法探究，他的道是多麼地無法測度！「到底是誰知道主的心意？是誰做過他的謀士？又是誰首先給了主，使自己將來得到回報呢？」因為萬有都是出於他、藉著他、歸於他。願榮耀歸於他，直到永遠！阿們。

那時候，耶穌說：「父啊，天地的主，我讚美你，因為你把這些事向有智慧的和有學問的人隱藏起來，而向小孩子們顯明出來。

因為天離地有多麼高，他的慈愛向敬畏他的人也多麼大；

你的道路在海洋中，你的路途在大水上，但你的腳蹤沒有人知道。

耶和華啊，你的慈愛上達諸天，你的信實上達雲霄！

我說：「你的慈愛必建立到永遠；你必在天上堅立你的信實。」
