耶和華萬有之真宰、以色列族之聖主、定律例、立法度、彼蔑棄之、藐視之、故必敗亡、若火之燬稈、若燄之燃蒭、本實必撥、花蕊必謝、

故其根必若朽物、其花飛散如塵、勢如火焰焚稈、烈焰燬芻、因彼違棄萬有之主之法、藐視以色列聖主之言、

Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Flames of fire burn up straw. Dry grass sinks down into those flames. Evil people will be like plants whose roots rot away. They will be like flowers that are blown away like dust. That’s because they have said no to the law of the Lord who rules over all. They have turned against the message of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, as the tongue of fire devours the stubble, and as dry grass sinks down in the flame, so their root will be as rottenness, and their blossom go up like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord of hosts, and have despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, just as fire licks up stubble and dry grass shrivels in the flame, so their roots will rot and their flowers wither. For they have rejected the law of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies; they have despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, as a tongue of fire consumes straw and as dry grass shrivels in the flame, so their roots will become like something rotten and their blossoms will blow away like dust, for they have rejected the instruction of the LORD of Armies, and they have despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, as a tongue of fire consumes stubble, And dry grass collapses in the flame, So their root will become like rot, and their blossom blow away like dust; For they have rejected the Law of the Lord of armies, And discarded the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, as the fire devours the stubble, And the flame consumes the chaff, So their root will be as rottenness, And their blossom will ascend like dust; Because they have rejected the law of the Lord of hosts, And despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore as the tongue of fire devoureth the stubble, and as the dry grass sinketh down in the flame, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust; because they have rejected the law of Jehovah of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, as a tongue of fire consumes straw and as dry grass shrivels in the flame, so their roots will become like something rotten and their blossoms will blow away like dust, for they have rejected the instruction of the Lord of Hosts, and they have despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, as flaming fire devours straw, and dry grass disintegrates in the flames, so their root will rot, and their flower will blow away like dust. For they have rejected the law of the LORD who commands armies, they have spurned the commands of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore as the tongue of fire devours the stubble, and as the dry grass sinks down in the flame, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust, because they have rejected the law of Yahweh of Armies, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

在山岭上跳跃奔腾，如隆隆战车，好像烈火吞噬干草的声音，又如大军摆开阵式准备打仗。

“看啊，他们不过像枯草，必遭焚烧，无法救自己脱离烈焰。这火并非取暖的炭火，也不是人可以靠近的火。

你大显威严，击倒那些起来对抗你的人；你大发雷霆，他们便像枯草遇火，一烧而尽。

他们是悖逆的民族，是说谎的儿女，不肯听从耶和华的教导。

祂手里拿着簸箕，要清理祂的麦场，把麦子收进仓库，用不灭的火烧尽糠秕。”

但撒母耳说：“我不会跟你回去，你既然拒绝遵行耶和华的命令，祂也拒绝你做以色列的王。”

所以，人若拒绝遵行这命令，他不是拒绝人，而是拒绝赐圣灵给你们的上帝。

耶稣继续对门徒说：“谁听从你们，就是听从我；谁拒绝你们，就是拒绝我；拒绝我的，就是拒绝差我来的那位。”

叛逆不亚于行巫术的罪，顽固不化无异于拜偶像。你拒绝耶和华的命令，祂也拒绝你做王。”

“以色列人啊，我在你们面前消灭了亚摩利人。虽然他们像香柏树那样高大，如橡树那样强壮，但我灭尽了他们的果子，砍断了他们的根。

因此，耶和华要在一日之间铲除以色列的头和尾。头是指他们的长老和首领，尾是指教人虚谎之事的假先知。这些带领者使百姓步入歧途、走向灭亡。他们目无上帝，行事邪恶，口出狂言。所以，主不喜欢他们的青年，也不怜悯他们的孤儿寡妇。虽然如此，耶和华的怒气还没有止息，祂降罚的手没有收回。

人们用金、银、宝石、草、木或禾秸在这根基上建造，每个人的工程将来都会显明出来，因为到了审判的日子，必用火试验各人工程的品质。

祂手拿簸箕，要把谷场清理干净，将麦子存入仓里，用不灭的火把糠秕烧尽。”

“然而，他们不顺从你，背叛你，把你的律法抛在背后，又杀掉劝诫他们归向你的众先知，大大亵渎了你。

地啊，听着！我要降灾祸给这些百姓。他们是自作自受，因为他们没有听从我的话，拒绝遵守我的律法。

你们像纠结的荆棘，又像酩酊大醉的人，要如干秸被火烧尽。

你憎恶我的管教，把我的话抛在脑后。

但他们充耳不闻，像他们祖先一样顽固不化，不信靠他们的上帝耶和华，拒绝遵守祂的律例和祂与他们祖先所立的约，无视祂的警告。他们随从虚无的偶像，自己也变得虚无。他们违背耶和华的命令，去效法周围的外族人。

智者必蒙羞辱，受惊吓，被捉拿。看啊，他们既弃掉耶和华的话，哪里还有智慧可言呢？

但那些法利赛人和律法教师没有接受约翰的洗礼，拒绝了上帝为他们所定的旨意。

“万军之耶和华说，‘那日要来临了，就像烧红的火炉，所有狂妄自大、作恶多端的人都要像碎秸一样被火烧尽，连根带枝，荡然无存。

我要使以法莲像虫蛀的衣服，使犹大家像朽烂的木头。

弃绝我、不接受我话的人将受到审判，我讲过的道在末日要审判他，

“因为这些人拒绝接受我如西罗亚河缓缓流水般的温柔照顾，反倒因与利迅和利玛利的儿子结盟而欢喜，

人违犯摩西的律法，经两三个人指证后，尚且被毫不留情地处死，更何况人践踏上帝的儿子，轻看那使人圣洁的立约之血，又藐视赐人恩典的圣灵？这等人该受多么重的刑罚啊！

你为什么蔑视我的命令，做出我视为可憎的事呢？你借亚扪人的刀杀了赫人乌利亚，把他的妻子据为己有。因为你藐视我，把赫人乌利亚的妻子据为己有，从今以后，杀戮流血的事必永不离开你的家。’

“‘藐视真理的人啊，看吧！你们要在惊惧中灭亡，因为我要在你们的时代行一件事，即使有人告诉你们，你们也不会信。’”

以法莲要被击打，他们的根将枯干，再也不能结果。就算他们能生儿育女，我也要杀死他们心爱的孩子。”
