自我肇造上古之民以來、誰能如我宣布之、預言之、陳述之、至於未來之事、必成之事、任其指示之、

越在疇昔、我立斯民、未來之事、我皆預言、莫不徵應、孰能與我比儗哉、如有其人、使試言未來事、以為徵據。

Who then is like me? Let him proclaim it. Let him declare and lay out before me what has happened since I established my ancient people, and what is yet to come— yes, let them foretell what will come.

Who is like me? Let him come forward and speak boldly. Let him tell me everything that has happened since I created my people long ago. And let him tell me what has not happened yet. Let him announce ahead of time what is going to take place.

誰從起初指明這事，使我們知道呢？誰從先前說明，使我們說他不錯呢？誰也沒有指明；誰也沒有說明；誰也沒有聽見你們的話。

可以聲明，指示我們將來必遇的事，說明先前的是甚麼事，好叫我們思索，得知事的結局，或者把將來的事指示我們。

你們要追念上古的事。因為我是神，並無別神；我是神，再沒有能比我的。我從起初指明末後的事，從古時言明未成的事，說：我的籌算必立定；凡我所喜悅的，我必成就。

你們要述說陳明你們的理，讓他們彼此商議。誰從古時指明？誰從上古述說？不是我－耶和華嗎？除了我以外，再沒有神；我是公義的神，又是救主；除了我以外，再沒有別神。

主說：早先的事，我從古時說明，已經出了我的口，也是我所指示的；我忽然行做，事便成就。因為我素來知道你是頑梗的－你的頸項是鐵的；你的額是銅的。所以，我從古時將這事給你說明，在未成以先指示你，免得你說：這些事是我的偶像所行的，是我雕刻的偶像和我鑄造的偶像所命定的。你已經聽見，現在要看見這一切；你不說明嗎？從今以後，我將新事，就是你所不知道的隱密事指示你。這事是現今造的，並非從古就有；在今日以先，你也未曾聽見，免得你說：這事我早已知道了。你未曾聽見，未曾知道；你的耳朵從來未曾開通。我原知道你行事極其詭詐，你自從出胎以來，便稱為悖逆的。

我要與你並你世世代代的後裔堅立我的約，作永遠的約，是要作你和你後裔的神。我要將你現在寄居的地，就是迦南全地，賜給你和你的後裔永遠為業，我也必作他們的神。」

任憑萬國聚集；任憑眾民會合。其中誰能將此聲明，並將先前的事說給我們聽呢？他們可以帶出見證來，自顯為是；或者他們聽見便說：這是真的。

至高者將地業賜給列邦，將世人分開，就照以色列人的數目立定萬民的疆界。

誰行做成就這事，從起初宣召歷代呢？就是我－耶和華！我是首先的，也與末後的同在。

他從一本造出萬族的人，住在全地上，並且預先定準他們的年限和所住的疆界，
