我今作有新事、將即出現、爾豈不知之、我必備途於曠野、濬川於荒墟、

我今新有制作、將即彰明、備途於曠野、濬川於荒郊、爾豈不以為意乎。

See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.

I am about to do something new. It is beginning to happen even now. Don’t you see it coming? I am going to make a way for you to go through the desert. I will make streams of water in the dry and empty land.

Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.

昔爾所聞、今皆目睹、爾不當宣示於眾乎、爾不當宣示於眾乎或作爾不當認為真乎自今而後、我示爾新事、與爾所未知隱秘之事、

昔之預言、皆已應驗、今更宣告新事、未成之先示於爾、俾爾得聞、

是故人在基督、則為新造之人、舊事已逝、一切更新、

坐寶座者曰、我以萬物更新、又語我曰、此言真實可信、爾當筆之於書、

必使童山有川流、谷中有泉源、沙漠之所、成為池沼、旱乾之地、有水湧出、

違逆之族、族原文作女爾行止不定、將至何時、主使一新事在地、即女護衛男子、

使流水自磐而出、使水下流有如江河、豈知彼在曠野、仍然得罪天主、依舊背逆至上之主、故意試探天主、放縱情欲、貪求食物、謗讟天主云、天主亦能在曠野設筵席乎、曾擊裂磐石、使水湧出、流若江河、亦能賜糧食乎、亦能為百姓備肉食乎、

如先知以賽亞書載云、野有聲呼曰、備主道、直其徑、諸谷必填、岡陵必卑、屈曲使直、崎嶇使平、

跛者必踴躍如鹿、瘖者必謳歌、蓋有水湧於曠野、有河流於沙漠、旱海變為池沼、渴地變為泉源、豺狼棲止之所、變為蘆葦叢生之處、在彼有通衢大路、稱為聖途、不潔者不能經歷、路為主之民而修備、行路者雖拙、亦不致失迷、在彼無獅、猛獸不登、必不遇之於彼、惟蒙贖者經歷其間、主所救贖者必返故土、謳歌而歸郇、永以欣喜為加首之冕、必咸歡欣喜樂、而憂傷歎息、盡歸無有、

我必在何烈磐上對爾立、爾擊磐、水必由磐出、使民得飲、摩西於以色列長老前、如是而行、

擊裂磐石、有水湧出、在沙漠地、水流成河、

摩西舉手、以杖擊磐二次、水即汨汨然湧出、會眾與其群畜皆飲、

主導之於沙漠而彼不渴、主為之使水自磐而流、裂磐有水湧出、主曰、作惡之人、不享平康、

有聲呼曰、在曠野備主之路、在沙漠地為我天主修直其道、或作曠野有聲呼曰當備主之路在沙漠地為我天主修直其道一切窪地一切窪地或作諸谷必升高、一切山岡必降卑、屈曲必直、崎嶇必平、

使爾經歷曠野、廣大可畏、有毒火蛇與蠍、乾旱無水之地、又為爾使水出自堅磐、
