使人無不曉然、咸知我耶和華以色列族之聖主作此。

使人見之、則知悉、忖度、明悟、此乃主手所行、以色列聖主所造、○

so that people may see and know, may consider and understand, that the hand of the Lord has done this, that the Holy One of Israel has created it.

Then people will see and know that my powerful hand has done it. They will consider and understand that I have created it. I am the Holy One of Israel.”

I am doing this so all who see this miracle will understand what it means— that it is the Lord who has done this, the Holy One of Israel who created it.

由這一切誰不知道是永恆主的手在這樣作呢？

就是我為自己所形成的人民，好叫他們說出頌讚我的話來的。

然而我還讓你存立，正為的是要向你彰顯我的大能力，並傳揚我的名於全地。

諸天哪，歡呼哦，因為永恆主作成了，地府之最低處啊，吶喊哦！眾山哪，爆發歡呼聲哦！森林和林中所有的樹啊，呼喊哦！因為永恆主贖回了雅各了，他必因以色列而榮耀自己。

使他們知道這是你的手，是你、永恆主、行了這事。

就是一切以我名為稱呼的人，我為自己之榮耀所創造、所形成、所製作的。』你要將那有眼可看而眼瞎、有耳可聽而耳聾的人民、都帶出來。眾列國儘管一同集合，列國之民儘管聚集攏來，他們中間誰能將這事說明，將先前的事說給我們聽呢？他們可以帶見證來，以顯自己為對，或讓他們聽見，便說這是真的。永恆主發神諭說：『你們就是我的見證、我的僕人、我所揀選的，好讓你們知道而信我，並且明白我就是獨一的那位；在我以前並沒有神被形成；我以後也必沒有。惟獨我，我乃是永恆主；我以外、並沒有拯救者。我宣告了，我拯救了，我公布了，你們中間外族人的神算不了甚麼。』永恆主發神諭說：『你們乃是我的見證。我即是上帝。從今以後我就是獨一的那位；誰也不能援救人脫離我的手；我行事，誰能扭轉呢？』

『但我呢，我知道他們的行為和意圖；我必來，集合萬國萬方言的人；他們都必來，看我的榮耀。

好使人從日出之地到日落之處都知道我以外沒有別的神；我乃是永恆主，再沒有別的神了。我、形成光的，創造黑暗的，造成平安興隆的，創造災禍的：我永恆主乃是造成這一切的。『諸天哪，從上頭滴落哦！願雲霄溜下義氣；願大地裂開，產出救恩，使義氣一併發生；我永恆主已創造了這事了。

在雅各中沒有觀兆頭，在以色列中並沒有占卜；到時對雅各和以色列總有話說：「上帝為他行了何等大的事！」

上帝使我們和基督一同活起來，一同坐在天界中在基督耶穌裏，他好在將來的世代、在基督耶穌裏、用慈惠向我們證顯他的恩之極豐富。你們得了救就是靠着恩、憑着信。這又不是出於你們自己，乃是上帝的禮物：不是出於行為，免得有人自誇。因為我們乃是他所造之物，是在基督耶穌裏被創造，為行善事、就是上帝早已豫備好了、使我們行於其中的。
