You will winnow them, the wind will pick them up, and a gale will blow them away. But you will rejoice in the Lord and glory in the Holy One of Israel.

You will toss them in the air. A strong wind will catch them and blow them away. You will be glad because I will make that happen. You will praise me. I am the Holy One of Israel.

我必打發簸穀的人到巴比倫去簸颺她，使她的地空空如也；因為在她遭禍的日子、他們必四圍攻擊她。

永恆主啊，你是我的上帝；我要尊你為至高，稱讚你的名；因為你以忠實誠信行了奇妙的事，行了你遠古以來所定的。因為你使那城變為土堆，使有堡壘的都市變為廢瓦頹牆，使傲慢人的宮堡不再為城，永遠不得重建。故此強有力的民族必榮耀你；強橫可怖之國的都市必敬畏你。

錫安的居民哪，發尖銳聲，又歡唱哦！因為以色列之聖者在你們中間乃是至大。』

我在境內各城門口用簸箕簸了我的人民，使他們喪掉兒女，使他們滅亡，他們仍不轉離他們所行的路。

你們在基督耶穌裏是出於上帝的：使基督耶穌成了我們從上帝得的智慧、成了我們的義、跟我們的聖化及得贖放；以致照經上所記：『誇口的應當拿主來誇口。』

『人論到我都必說：義氣和能力惟在於永恆主；人都必回轉來歸向他；凡向他發怒的、必至於慚愧。以色列的後裔都必靠着永恆主而得勝，而誇耀。』

永恆主這麼說：智慧人不要誇耀自己的智慧，勇士不要誇耀自己的勇力，財主也不要誇耀自己的財富；誇耀的卻要誇耀自己有聰明、能認識我、知道我是永恆主、是在地上施堅愛、行公平顯義氣的，因為我喜悅這些事：這是永恆主發神諭說的。』

馬利亞說：『我的心尊主為大，我的靈以上帝我的拯救者為歡樂；

外國之民怒號着，就像大水之怒號。但上帝叱責他們，他們就遠遠地逃跑，又被追趕、如同山上的風前糠，又如暴風前的滾轉草。

哈拿禱告說：『我的心因永恆主而歡樂；我的角因永恆主而高舉；我的口張開而嘲笑仇敵；因為我以你的拯救而歡喜。沒有聖者像永恆主；除了你以外沒有別的；也沒有磐石像我們的上帝。

我還要因永恆主而歡躍，我還要因拯救我、的上帝而快樂。

惡人卻不是這樣：惡人乃像糠粃、給風吹散而飄蕩。

真的受割禮呢、我們才是，我們這以靈來事奉，拿基督耶穌來誇口、不倚靠肉體的人。

不但如此，我們竟能藉着我們的主耶穌拿上帝而歡喜誇勝呢；因為藉着他、我們如今已經領受了復和了。

他的簸箕在他手裏，要徹底潔淨他的穀場，把他的麥子收集在倉裏；粃糠卻要用不滅的火去燒掉。』

我因永恆主而大大高興，我的心以我的上帝為快樂；因為他將拯救之衣服給我穿上，將義氣之外袍給我披上，如同新郎以華帽豫備自己，又如新婦佩戴着金器為妝飾。因為地怎樣發出所生的，而園子怎樣使所種的發生起來，主永恆主也怎樣使義氣和可頌可讚的事發生於列國之前。
