我之艱苦、變為平康、主愛我、救我命於死亡之坑阱、因主將我罪愆、擲於主後、因主將我罪愆擲於主後或作因主不念我一切罪愆

Surely it was for my benefit that I suffered such anguish. In your love you kept me from the pit of destruction; you have put all my sins behind your back.

Behold, it was for my welfare that I had great bitterness; but in love you have delivered my life from the pit of destruction, for you have cast all my sins behind your back.

Yes, this anguish was good for me, for you have rescued me from death and forgiven all my sins.

Indeed, it was for my own well-being that I had such intense bitterness; but your love has delivered me from the Pit of destruction, for you have thrown all my sins behind your back.

Behold, for my own welfare I had great bitterness; But You have kept my soul from the pit of nothingness, For You have hurled all my sins behind Your back.

Indeed it was for my own peace That I had great bitterness; But You have lovingly delivered my soul from the pit of corruption, For You have cast all my sins behind Your back.

Behold, it was for my peace that I had great bitterness: But thou hast in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption; For thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back.

“ Look, the grief I experienced was for my benefit. You delivered me from the pit of oblivion. For you removed all my sins from your sight.

Behold, for peace I had great anguish, but you have in love for my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption; for you have cast all my sins behind your back.

“ I am the one who wipes out your lawless acts. I do it because of who I am. I will not remember your sins anymore.

They will not need to teach their neighbor anymore. And they will not need to teach one another anymore. They will not need to say,‘ Know the Lord.’ That’s because everyone will know me. From the least important of them to the most important, all of them will know me,” announces the Lord.“ I will forgive their evil ways. I will not remember their sins anymore.”

Lord, you brought me up from the place of the dead. You kept me from going down into the pit.

Lord, who is a God like you? You forgive sin. You forgive your people when they do what is wrong. You don’t stay angry forever. Instead, you take delight in showing your faithful love to them.Once again you will show loving concern for us. You will completely wipe out the evil things we’ve done. You will throw all our sins into the bottom of the sea.

I sank down to the bottom of the mountains. I thought I had died and gone down into the grave forever. But you are the Lord my God. You brought my life up from the very edge of the pit of death.

Great is your love for me. You have kept me from going down into the place of the dead.

You forgave the evil things your people did. You took away all their sins.

People think my life is over. I’m like someone who doesn’t have any strength.People treat me as if I were dead. I’m like those who have been killed and are now in the grave. You don’t even remember them anymore. They are cut off from your care.It’s as if you have put me deep down in the grave. It’s as if you have put me in that deep, dark place.

I was sliding down into the pit of death, and he pulled me out. He brought me up out of the mud and dirt. He set my feet on a rock. He gave me a firm place to stand on.

When I felt safe, I said,“ I will always be secure.”Lord, when you gave me your help, you made Mount Zion stand firm. But when you took away your help, I was terrified.

“ I thought,‘ I’ll die in my own house. The days of my life will be as many as the grains of sand.

An evil person is proud and hunts down those who are weak. He catches weak people by making clever plans.

What I was afraid of has come on me. What I worried about has happened to me.I don’t have any peace and quiet. I can’t find any rest. All I have is trouble.”
