看哪，我受大苦是为使我得平安；你爱我，救我的性命脱离败坏的地府，将我一切的罪扔在你背后。

我素不安、憂戚盈懷、爾既愛我、不念前愆、免臨窀穸。

我之艱苦、變為平康、主愛我、救我命於死亡之坑阱、因主將我罪愆、擲於主後、因主將我罪愆擲於主後或作因主不念我一切罪愆

Surely it was for my benefit that I suffered such anguish. In your love you kept me from the pit of destruction; you have put all my sins behind your back.

I’m sure it was for my benefit that I suffered such great pain. You love me. You kept me from going down into the pit of death. You have put all my sins behind your back.

Behold, it was for my welfare that I had great bitterness; but in love you have delivered my life from the pit of destruction, for you have cast all my sins behind your back.

Yes, this anguish was good for me, for you have rescued me from death and forgiven all my sins.

Indeed, it was for my own well-being that I had such intense bitterness; but your love has delivered me from the Pit of destruction, for you have thrown all my sins behind your back.

Indeed it was for my own peace That I had great bitterness; But You have lovingly delivered my soul from the pit of corruption, For You have cast all my sins behind Your back.

“ Look, the grief I experienced was for my benefit. You delivered me from the pit of oblivion. For you removed all my sins from your sight.

“ I, I alone, am the one who wipes out your wrongdoings for My own sake, And I will not remember your sins.

They will not teach again, each one his neighbor and each one his brother, saying,‘ Know the Lord,’ for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares the Lord,“ for I will forgive their wrongdoing, and their sin I will no longer remember.”

Lord, You have brought up my soul from Sheol; You have kept me alive, that I would not go down to the pit.

Who is a God like You, who pardons wrongdoing And passes over a rebellious act of the remnant of His possession? He does not retain His anger forever, Because He delights in mercy.He will again take pity on us; He will trample on our wrongdoings. Yes, You will cast all their sins Into the depths of the sea.

I descended to the base of the mountains. The earth with its bars was around me forever, But You have brought up my life from the pit, Lord my God.

For Your graciousness toward me is great, And You have saved my soul from the depths of Sheol.

You forgave the guilt of Your people; You covered all their sin. Selah

I am counted among those who go down to the pit; I have become like a man without strength,Abandoned among the dead, Like the slain who lie in the grave, Whom You no longer remember, And they are cut off from Your hand.You have put me in the lowest pit, In dark places, in the depths.

He brought me up out of the pit of destruction, out of the mud; And He set my feet on a rock, making my footsteps firm.

Now as for me, I said in my prosperity,“ I will never be moved.”Lord, by Your favor You have made my mountain to stand strong; You hid Your face, I was dismayed.

Then I thought,‘ I will die with my family, And I will multiply my days as the sand.

In arrogance the wicked hotly pursue the needy; Let them be caught in the plots which they have devised.

For what I fear comes upon me, And what I dread encounters me.I am not at ease, nor am I quiet, And I am not at rest, but turmoil comes.”
