In those days Hezekiah became ill and was at the point of death. The prophet Isaiah son of Amoz went to him and said,“ This is what the Lord says: Put your house in order, because you are going to die; you will not recover.”

In those days Hezekiah became very sick. He knew he was about to die. Isaiah went to see him. Isaiah was the son of Amoz. Isaiah told Hezekiah,“ The Lord says,‘ Put everything in order. Make out your will. You are going to die soon. You will not get well again.’ ”

In those days Hezekiah became sick and was at the point of death. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came to him, and said to him,“ Thus says the Lord: Set your house in order, for you shall die, you shall not recover.”

About that time Hezekiah became deathly ill, and the prophet Isaiah son of Amoz went to visit him. He gave the king this message:“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Set your affairs in order, for you are going to die. You will not recover from this illness.’”

In those days Hezekiah became terminally ill. The prophet Isaiah son of Amoz came and said to him,“ This is what the LORD says:‘ Set your house in order, for you are about to die; you will not recover.’”

In those days Hezekiah became mortally ill. And Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, came to him and said to him,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Set your house in order, for you are going to die and not live.’ ”

In those days Hezekiah was sick and near death. And Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, went to him and said to him,“ Thus says the Lord:‘ set your house in order, for you shall die and not live.’”

In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came unto him, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Set thine house in order: for thou shalt die, and not live.

In those days Hezekiah was stricken with a terminal illness. The prophet Isaiah son of Amoz visited him and told him,“ This is what the LORD says,‘ Give instructions to your household, for you are about to die; you will not get well.’”

In those days Hezekiah was sick and near death. Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, came to him, and said to him,“ Yahweh says,‘ Set your house in order, for you will die, and not live.’”

維時、希西家遘疾瀕死、亞摩斯子先知以賽亞來見之、曰、耶和華云、爾當處置家事、蓋爾必死、不得生存、希西家面壁、禱耶和華曰、耶和華歟、求爾垂念、我在爾前、行為誠實、心志專一、行爾所悅、遂哭甚哀、耶和華諭以賽亞曰、往告希西家曰、爾祖大衛之上帝耶和華云、我已聞爾禱、見爾淚、必增爾壽十五年、且救爾與此城、脫於亞述王手、扞衛此城、耶和華必成所言、有其徵焉、亞哈斯日晷已進之影、我將使之退十度、於是已進之日、循晷而退十度、○

時、希西家遘疾瀕死、禱於耶和華、耶和華俞允之、示以異兆、

維時、希西家遘疾瀕死、亞摩斯子先知以賽亞來見之、曰、耶和華云、爾當處置家事、蓋爾必死、不得生存、希西家面壁、禱耶和華曰、耶和華歟、求爾垂念、我在爾前、行為誠實、心志專一、行爾所悅、遂哭甚哀、以賽亞尚未出中院、耶和華諭之曰、返告我民之君希西家曰、爾祖大衛之上帝耶和華云、我已聞爾禱、見爾淚、必療爾疾、越至三日、爾必登耶和華室、我必增爾壽十五年、且救爾與此城、脫於亞述王手、亦為己及我僕大衛故、扞衛此城、以賽亞曰、取一無花果餅至、遂取之、置於瘡處、王即愈、希西家謂以賽亞曰、耶和華愈我、越至三日、我登耶和華室、有何徵乎、以賽亞曰、耶和華必成所言、有其徵焉、爾欲日影進十度乎、抑退十度乎、希西家曰、影進十度易、請使其退十度、先知以賽亞籲耶和華、遂使亞哈斯日晷已進之影退十度、○

亞希多弗見其所謀不從、即備驢反故邑、歸私第、處置家事、自縊而死、葬於父墓、○

上帝見其所為、咸離惡途、乃回厥意、不降所言之災、

約拿入邑一日之程、呼曰、越至四旬、尼尼微必傾覆矣、

維時、病死、濯其尸、停於樓、

亞摩斯子以賽亞、遣人告希西家曰、以色列之上帝耶和華云、爾以亞述王西拿基立故、而禱於我、

先知以賽亞詣希西家王曰、斯人何言、奚自而來、希西家曰、來自遠方、即巴比倫也、曰、彼於爾室、所見何物、希西家曰、凡我室中所有、彼悉觀之、我之寶藏、無不示之、

我論一族、或論一國之時、言欲拔之、毀之、翦滅之、如彼邦族轉離其惡、我則回意、不降所言之災、我論一族、或論一國之時、言欲植之、建之、如彼邦族行我所惡、不聽我言、我則回意、不錫所言之福、

有病者拉撒路、居伯大尼、即馬利亞與其姊妹馬大之村、此馬利亞、乃昔以膏膏主、以髮拭其足者、病者拉撒路其兄弟也、姊妹遣人告耶穌曰、主、爾所愛者病矣、耶穌聞之、曰、此病不至死、乃為上帝之榮、俾上帝子以是而榮也、馬大姊妹、並拉撒路、皆耶穌所愛者、

彼果病瀕死、上帝恤之、不惟於彼、亦於我也、免我憂而復憂、是以遣之愈切、使爾復見之而喜、我憂亦少解、爾宜緣主欣然納之、且尊重如是之人、蓋彼因基督之工而瀕死、不恤其生、以補爾事我之不逮、

爾手可為者、當盡力為之、緣爾將至之陰府、無工作、無籌畫、無知識、無智慧、○
