“你們要對猶大王希西家這樣說：不要給你所倚靠的神欺騙你說：耶路撒冷必不交在亞述王的手裡。

“你们对犹大王希西家如此说：‘不要听你所倚靠的神欺哄你说：耶路撒冷必不交在亚述王的手中。

“你们要对犹大王希西家如此说：‘不要听你所倚靠的上帝欺哄你说：耶路撒冷必不交在亚述王的手中。

“你们要对犹大王希西家如此说：‘不要听你所倚靠的神欺哄你说：耶路撒冷必不交在亚述王的手中。

“不要让你所倚靠的上帝愚弄你，说什么耶路撒冷必不会落在亚述王手中。

“你们要对犹大王希西家这样说：不要给你所倚靠的神欺骗你说：耶路撒冷必不交在亚述王的手里。

“你们要对犹大王希西加这样说：‘不要让你所依靠的神欺哄你，说：耶路撒冷必不落入亚述王的手中。

「你們對猶大王希西家如此說：『不要聽你所倚靠的神欺哄你說：耶路撒冷必不交在亞述王的手中。

「你們要對猶大王希西家如此說：『不要聽你所倚靠的上帝欺哄你說：耶路撒冷必不交在亞述王的手中。

「你們要對猶大王希西家如此說：『不要聽你所倚靠的神欺哄你說：耶路撒冷必不交在亞述王的手中。

「不要讓你所倚靠的上帝愚弄你，說什麼耶路撒冷必不會落在亞述王手中。

『你們去對猶大王希西家這麼說：「不要讓你的上帝、你所倚靠的上帝、欺哄你說：耶路撒冷必不至於交在亞述王手裏。

「你們要對猶大王希西加這樣說：『不要讓你所依靠的神欺哄你，說：耶路撒冷必不落入亞述王的手中。

當告猶大王希西家云、爾所恃之上帝、謂耶路撒冷必不付於亞述王手、爾勿為其所欺、

當告猶大王希西家云、爾所恃之上帝、曾言耶路撒冷必不陷於亞述王、勿為所誘、

當如是告猶大王希西家曰、爾勿為爾恃之神所惑、自言耶路撒冷必不至陷於亞述王手、

“ Say to Hezekiah king of Judah: Do not let the god you depend on deceive you when he says,‘ Jerusalem will not be given into the hands of the king of Assyria.’

“ Tell Hezekiah, the king of Judah,‘ Don’t let the god you depend on trick you. He says,“ Jerusalem will not be handed over to the king of Assyria.” But don’t believe him.

“ Thus shall you speak to Hezekiah king of Judah:‘ Do not let your God in whom you trust deceive you by promising that Jerusalem will not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria.

“ This message is for King Hezekiah of Judah. Don’t let your God, in whom you trust, deceive you with promises that Jerusalem will not be captured by the king of Assyria.

“ Say this to King Hezekiah of Judah:‘ Don’t let your God, on whom you rely, deceive you by promising that Jerusalem won’t be handed over to the king of Assyria.

“ This is what you shall say to Hezekiah king of Judah:‘ Do not let your God in whom you trust deceive you by saying,“ Jerusalem will not be handed over to the king of Assyria.”

“ Thus you shall speak to Hezekiah king of Judah, saying:‘ Do not let your God in whom you trust deceive you, saying,“ Jerusalem shall not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria.”

Thus shall ye speak to Hezekiah king of Judah, saying, Let not thy God in whom thou trustest deceive thee, saying, Jerusalem shall not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria.

“ Say this to Hezekiah king of Judah:‘ Don’t let your God, whom you trust, deceive you by promising that Jerusalem won’t be handed over to the king of Assyria.

Thus shall ye speak to Hezekiah king of Judah, saying, Let not thy God, in whom thou trustest, deceive thee, saying, Jerusalem shall not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria.

“ Tell King Hezekiah of Judah this:‘ Don’t let your God in whom you trust mislead you when he says,“ Jerusalem will not be handed over to the king of Assyria.”

“ Thus you shall speak to Hezekiah king of Judah, saying,‘ Don’t let your God in whom you trust deceive you, saying,“ Jerusalem won’t be given into the hand of the king of Assyria.”

也不要給希西家說服你們倚靠耶和華，說：耶和華必定拯救我們，這城也必不交在亞述王的手中。’

拉伯沙基對他們說：“你們去對希西家說：‘亞述大王這樣說：你所倚靠的算得是甚麼倚靠呢？

“你們要對猶大王希西家說：‘不要讓你所信靠的神欺騙你說：耶路撒冷不會交在亞述王的手中。看哪，你聽過亞述列王怎樣對付列國，把它們完全毀滅，你會得著解救嗎？我祖先所消滅的民族，就是歌散人、哈蘭人、利色人和在提．拉撒的伊甸人，他們的神可曾解救他們嗎？哈馬王、亞珥拔王、西法瓦音城的王、希拿王和以瓦王在哪裡呢？’”

“他既然把自己交託耶和華，就讓耶和華搭救他吧！耶和華既然喜悅他，就讓耶和華拯救他吧！”

所以，你們現在不要讓希西家這樣欺騙、迷惑你們；你們也不要信他；因為無論哪一邦哪一國的神，都不能拯救自己的子民脫離我的手和我列祖的手，你們的神不是更不能拯救你們脫離我的手嗎？’”西拿基立的臣僕還說了別的話毀謗耶和華神和他的僕人希西家。西拿基立又寫信來辱罵耶和華以色列的神，譏誚他說：“各地列國的神沒有拯救它們的子民脫離我的手，希西家的神也照樣不能拯救他的子民脫離我的手。”亞述王的臣僕用猶大語，向城牆上的耶路撒冷人民大聲呼叫，要驚嚇他們，使他們慌亂，好攻取那城。他們論到耶路撒冷的神，就好像世上萬民的神一樣，把他當作是人手所做的。

他倚靠耶和華以色列的神，在他以前或以後的猶大列王中，沒有像他的。

“你們要堅強勇敢，不要因亞述王和他統領的大軍懼怕驚慌；因為和我們同在的，比和他們同在的更多。和他們同在的，不過是人血肉的手臂；和我們同在的，卻是耶和華我們的神，他必幫助我們，為我們作戰。”眾民因猶大王希西家的話都得著鼓勵了。

這些國所有的神中，有哪一個曾拯救自己的國土脫離我的手呢？難道耶和華能拯救耶路撒冷脫離我的手嗎？’”

他信靠神；如果神喜悅他，就讓神現在救他吧，因為他說自己是神的兒子。”
