這樣的人必居於高處；磐石之山寨必做他的高壘；他的糧食必長有供應；他的水源永久可靠。

若是之人、必得居高處、磐巖為其保障、食則其糧必得供給、飲則其水必不枯涸、

they are the ones who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. Their bread will be supplied, and water will not fail them.

People like that will be kept safe. It will be as if they were living on high mountains. It will be as if they were living in a mountain fort. They will have all the food they need. And they will never run out of water.”

那時我的人民必住在平安的莊舍，安然無懼之住處，優游自得的安居所，

少壯獅子有缺乏有饑餓；但尋求永恆主的、甚麼好處都不缺。

惟獨聽我的、必安然居住，得享寧靜，免受災禍的恐怖。

因為你作了貧寒人的保障，窮苦人急難中的保障，可躲暴風雨的避難處，可避炎熱的陰涼地：因為強橫人噓的氣、好像冬天的暴風雨，

他將糧食賜給敬畏他的人；他永惦念他的約。

使我的腳像母鹿的蹄那麼快，又使我在山丘上站立得穩。

永恆主啊，誰能寄居你的帳棚？誰能住在你的聖山呢？

永恆主耶和華的名是堅固的譙樓；義人奔入，便得安穩。

你要倚靠永恆主，要行善；住在地上，安安穩穩地牧放。

因為他專心愛我，我就解救他，保護他於高處，因為他認識我的名。

住在至高者的隱密處的、就是居於全能者的蔭庇下。我要說到永恆主，我的避難所，我的營寨，我的上帝，我所倚靠的。他怎樣援救了你脫離捕鳥人的機檻，脫離毁滅人的陷阱；他用他自己的翎翼掩護着你；你避難於他的翅膀底下；他的忠信乃是盾牌圓楯。你不怕黑夜中的恐怖，白日間的飛箭；不怕幽暗中流行的瘟疫，或中午間滅人的毒病。雖有千人仆倒在你身旁，萬人倒斃在你右邊，這災也不能觸害着你。不過你要親眼看着，看到惡人遭報。你既將永恆主做你的避難所，將至高者做你的居所，禍患就必不臨到你，災病也不挨近你的家。

永恆主的眼看敬畏他的人，看仰望他堅愛的人，

主啊，你乃是我們的居所，一代又一代。

他卻保護窮人於高處，免受苦難，使他的家屬多如羊羣。

他們必不饑餓，不口渴，炎熱和烈日必不傷害他們，因為憐憫他們的、必率領他們，引導他們到水泉旁。

當那日子人在猶大地必唱這首歌說：『我們有堅固的城；永恆主將得勝的救恩定為城牆外郭。敞開城門吧，使義國之民得以進，謹守忠信之輩得以入。他心意鎮定；你守護他平平安安，因為他倚靠你。你們要倚靠永恆主到永永遠遠；因為萬世的磐石乃在於永恆主。因為他使住高處的、高不可扳的都市、降低，使它敗落，敗落到平地，使它化為塵土。

主永恆主是我的力量；他使我的腳像母鹿的蹄那麼快，又使我在我的山丘上行走。這歌屬於指揮集，用絲絃的樂器伴奏。
